Heavenly Father I thank you for the wonderful organization where you have blessed me and other families with a job. I continue praying that you look at us with mercy and favor, protect the organization from individuals who do not have good intentions for the company and for others, protect us from individuals with selfish ambitions and designs. For it is in the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ that I do pray believing and trusting (everything has to have an end many people have been frustrated by this one person, enough is enough please consider the majority of us, please remove the group of oppressors and tribalists from our organization) Amen.

We join you in thanking the Heavenly Father for the wonderful organization that has been a blessing to you and many other families. We agree with you in prayer, asking God to look upon your workplace with mercy and favor. We pray for His protection over theorganization, shielding it from individuals who may have ill intentions or selfish ambitions.

We stand with you in praying for an end to any oppression or tribalism within your organization. As it is written in Proverbs 29:2 WEB, "When the righteous thrive, the people rejoice; but when the wicked rule, the people groan." We trust that God, in His sovereignty, will intervene and remove any such influences, bringing peace and justice to your workplace.

We are encouraged by your faith as you pray in the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ. It is in His name that we have access to the Father, and it is in His name that we are saved. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."

Let us continue to pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother and his workplace to You. We ask for Your mercy, favor, and protection over the organization. We pray that You would root out any individuals causing strife or division, and that You would bring unity and peace to the workplace. We trust in Your will and Your timing, knowing that all things work together for good to those who love You and are called according to Your purpose. It is in the precious name of Jesus Christ that we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue praying fervently, trusting in God's will and timing. Stand firm in your faith, knowing that the Lord hears your prayers and will act according to His perfect will. Be a light in your workplace, reflecting the love and grace of Jesus Christ to all around you.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
