We join you in thanking the Heavenly Father for the blessing of employment and the organization He has placed you in. We agree with you in prayer, seeking His mercy, favor, and protection over the organization and its employees. We stand with you in praying against those who may have ill intentions, selfish ambitions, or oppressive behaviors. Let us pray:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, thanking You for the blessings and provisions You have given to this praying saint and their colleagues through their workplace. We ask, Lord, that You continue to extend Your mercy and favor over them. Protect their organization from those who would seek to cause harm or division.
Lord, You have told us in Proverbs 29:2, “When the righteous thrive, the people rejoice; but when the wicked rule, the people groan.” We ask that You remove those who are causing frustration and oppression within this organization. May those who are lifted up in pride and selfishness be brought down, and those who are humble and godly be lifted up. We know that You can expose the deeds of those who are seeking to divide and destroy, and you can protect those being oppressed. We know as scripture says in 1 Samuel 2:7, “The LORD makes poor and makes rich. He brings low, he also lifts up.” We pray for your merciful intervention, Lord.
We also pray for the salvation of those who are causing these problems, as you do not desire that any should perish but that all should come to repentance. If they are not born again, we pray that you would draw them to Jesus Christ and grant them salvation and deliverance from their sins. As it says in 2 Peter 3:9, “The Lord is not slow to fulfill his promise as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should reach repentance.”
We ask this all in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can be saved. For it is written in Acts 4:12, “There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved!” It is only by His name and His blood that we have access to You, Father. We thank You for Your love and faithfulness. Amen.
Continue to trust in the Lord, knowing that He hears your prayers and will act according to His perfect will. Stand firm in your faith, and do not be discouraged. As it is written in Galatians 6:9, “Let us not be weary in doing good, for we will reap at the proper time, if we do not give up.”
As believers, we are called to be light and salt in our workplaces, reflecting the character of Christ in all we do. We pray for your strength to be a godly example to your colleagues, serving the Lord with wholehearted devotion and integrity.
