Lord, i am a single man coming to my 50s. i have low income and low status. Please help me find a wife who loves me for who i am. i am open to whatever you give me. Lord, if it is your will for me to marry a medical doctor, please guide me to the right person. May they be a person of faith, integrity, compassion, and love me for who i am. Firstly, let's remember that God sees our hearts and not our worldly status or income. As it is written in 1 Samuel 16:7, "For man looks on the outward appearance, but Yahweh looks on the heart."

Regarding marriage, it is a blessed union instituted by God Himself. As you seek a spouse, it is important to be equally yoked with a believer, as the Bible warns in 2 Corinthians 6:14, "Don't be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what fellowship has light with darkness?"

While you mentioned a preference for a medical doctor, it is essential to focus on the spiritual qualities you desire in a spouse, such as faith, integrity, and compassion. Proverbs 31:30 reminds us, "Charm is deceitful, and beauty is vain; but a woman who fears Yahweh, she shall be praised."
