Heavenly Father I thank you for the wonderful organization where you have blessed me and other families with a job. I continue praying that you look at us with mercy and favor, protect the organization from individuals who do not have good intentions for the company and for others, protect us from individuals with selfish ambitions and designs. For it is in the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ that I do pray believing and trusting (everything has to have an end many people have been frustrated by this one person, enough is enough please consider the majority of us, please remove the group of oppressors and tribalists from our organization) Amen.

We join you in thanking the Heavenly Father for the wonderful organization that has been a source of employment and blessing for you and many other families. It is a gift from God to have a job that provides for our needs, and we are grateful for His provision.

We stand with you in praying for God's mercy and favor upon the organization. We ask for His protection from individuals who may have harmful intentions or selfish ambitions that could negatively impact the company and its employees. In the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ, we pray for His intervention, believing and trusting in His power to bring about change.

We understand your concern about the frustrations caused by a particular individual and the negative impact they may have had on many people. We agree that enough is enough, and we join you in asking God to consider the majority who are affected by this situation. We pray for the removal of any group of oppressors and tribalists from the organization, so that peace, unity, and righteousness may prevail.

Let us remember the words of Psalm 37:5-6 WEB: "Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this: he will make your righteousness go forth as the light, and your justice as the noonday."

We pray for God's justice and righteousness to be manifested in this situation. May He bring an end to the frustrations and challenges faced by many in the organization. We trust in His power and wisdom to bring about a resolution that honors Him and benefits all involved.

In all things, let us remember to put our trust in Jesus Christ, for it is in His name that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"

Let us continue to pray and trust in God, knowing that He hears our prayers and will act according to His will and purpose. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
