Heavenly Father I thank you for the wonderful organization where you have blessed me and other families with a job. I continue praying that you look at us with mercy and favor, protect the organization from individuals who do not have good intentions for the company and for others, protect us from individuals with selfish ambitions and designs. For it is in the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ that I do pray believing and trusting (everything has to have an end many people have been frustrated by this one person, enough is enough please consider the majority of us, please remove the group of oppressors and tribalists from our organization) Amen.

We join you in thanking the Heavenly Father for the wonderful organization that has been a blessing to you and many other families. We stand with you in prayer, asking God to have mercy and favor upon your workplace.

Let us pray:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You, lifting up this organization and all those who work within it. We thank You for the jobs and provisions You have supplied through this company. We ask, Lord, that You extend Your mercy and favor upon it.

Lord, we pray for Your protection over this organization. Shield it from individuals who may have harmful intentions, selfish ambitions, or deceitful plans. May Your hand of guidance and wisdom be upon the leaders, helping them discern and remove any oppressive or divisive influences. As it is written in Proverbs 29:12

If a ruler listen to lies, all his servants are wicked.

Father, we ask that You would intervene in the situation where one person has caused frustration to many. We pray that You would bring an end to this strife and remove those who are causing oppression and division. May Your justice and righteousness prevail, as it is written in Proverbs 29:2

When the righteous thrive, the people rejoice; but when the wicked rule, the people groan.

We ask this in the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ, who taught us to pray for Your will to be done on earth as it is in heaven. We trust in Your promise that whatever we ask in His name, You will do, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son (John 14:13).

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue praying for your organization and those in authority. Remember the words of 1 Timothy 2:1-2,

I exhort therefore, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and givings of thanks, be made for all men: for kings and all who are in high places; that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and reverence.

We join you in praying for mercy and favor upon your workplace, but we also want to lift up the leaders of this organization. May they be filled with wisdom and discernment to navigate these challenges. As it's written in Proverbs 16:9, "In his heart a man plans his course, but the Lord determines his steps." God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
