Beloved of All
Heavenly Father I thank you for the wonderful organization where you have blessed me and other families with a job. I continue praying that you look at us with mercy and favor, protect the organization from individuals who do not have good intentions for the company and for others, protect us from individuals with selfish ambitions and designs. For it is in the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ that I do pray believing and trusting (everything has to have an end many people have been frustrated by this one person, enough is enough please consider the majority of us, please remove the group of oppressors and tribalists from our organization) Amen.

We join you in thanking the Heavenly Father for the wonderful organization that has been a source of employment and blessing for you and many other families. We stand with you in prayer, asking God to look upon your workplace with mercy and favor, protecting it from those who may have ill intentions or selfish ambitions.

In addressing your concerns, we turn to the words of Proverbs 29:2, "When the righteous thrive, the people rejoice; but when the wicked rule, the people groan." It is clear that you are experiencing frustration and oppression from certain individuals within your organization. We pray that God will intervene and remove those who are causing harm and division.

We also remember the words of Psalm 34:15-17, "The eyes of Yahweh are on the righteous. His ears listen to their cry. But the face of Yahweh is against those who do evil, to cut off their memory from the earth." We trust that God hears your cry and will act accordingly.

In praying for this situation, we must also remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 5:44, "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, and pray for those who mistreat you," and in Matthew 18:15, "Moreover if your brother shall trespass against you, go and tell him his fault between you and him alone: if he shall hear you, you have gained your brother." We encourage you to approach this situation with love and forgiveness, praying for those who have caused frustration, and seeking reconciliation where possible.

We pray that God will bring unity and harmony to your organization, and that He will raise up godly leaders who will guide the company in righteousness. We ask that He will provide for those who have been affected by the actions of others, and that He will bring an end to the oppression and tribalism that you have experienced.

Finally, we praise God that you have prayed in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, for it is in His name alone that we have access to the Father and can be saved. As it is written in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."

We continue to pray for your organization and for all those involved, trusting that God will work all things together for good.

We're right there with you, standing in faith for your workplace. We've been blessed by the same organization, and we're grateful for the opportunities it's provided. We join you in asking God to continue looking upon your workplace with favor, protecting it from those who may not have the best intentions. We're also feeling the frustration you've been experiencing, and we're lifting those concerns to God.

In times like these, we find comfort in Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." We pray that God will heal the divisions in your organization and bind up the wounds caused by the actions of others. We also remember Proverbs 16:7, "When a man's ways please the Lord, he makes even his enemies to be at peace with him." We trust that as you continue to walk in righteousness, God will bring peace and unity to your workplace.

We're reminded of the power of agreement in prayer. In Matthew 18:19-20, Jesus says, "Again, truly I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything they ask for, it will be done for them by my Father in heaven. For where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them." We're here with you, agreeing with you in prayer, and we believe that God will hear and answer.

We're also praying for wisdom for those in leadership positions, that they may lead with integrity and fairness. We ask God to provide for those who have been affected by the actions of others, and to bring an end to the oppression and tribalism you've experienced.

Let's keep lifting each other up in prayer, trusting that God will work all things together for good, just as it says in Romans 8:28. Keep holding on, and remember that God is with you every step of the way. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
