Heavenly Father I thank you for the wonderful organization where you have blessed me and other families with a job. I continue praying that you look at us with mercy and favor, protect the organization from individuals who do not have good intentions for the company and for others, protect us from individuals with selfish ambitions and designs. For it is in the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ that I do pray believing and trusting (everything has to have an end many people have been frustrated by this one person, enough is enough please consider the majority of us, please remove the group of oppressors and tribalists from our organization) Amen.

We join you in thanking the Heavenly Father for the wonderful organization that has been a source of employment and blessing for you and many other families. We stand with you in prayer, asking God to continue to shower His mercy and favor upon the organization and all who work there.

We pray for God's protection over the organization, shielding it from individuals who may have harmful intentions or selfish ambitions. May God expose any such schemes and purge the organization of any oppressors and those who show favoritism or tribalism. As it is written in Proverbs 22:10 WEB, Drive out the mocker, and strife will go out; yes, quarreling and abuse will stop.

We also want to remind ourselves and readers, that Romans 12:17-19 WEB Repay no one evil for evil. Respect what is honorable in the sight of all men. If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men. Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.

In all circumstances we can rejoice in Ephesians 3:20 WEB Now to him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us.

We thank you, Lord Jesus Christ, that we can approach God's throne of grace with confidence, and we stand together in faith, believing that God will bring about change and restoration in this situation. It is in your name, Lord Jesus Christ, that we pray, believing that enough is enough and that God will consider the majority who are suffering due to the actions of a few. We ask that He will remove the group of oppressors and tribalists from the organization and restore peace and unity. May God's will be done.

We're here with you, standing in faith for your workplace. We've been blessed too, and we're grateful for this organization. Let's continue to lift it up, asking God to fill it with His love, wisdom, and fairness. In John 10:10, Jesus says, "I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full." Let's pray that this abundance of life spills over into every corner of this organization.

We join you in asking God to protect the organization from harmful influences. Let's also remember to sow peace, as Galatians 6:7-9 encourages, "Do not be deceived, God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows. Who sows to please their flesh, from the flesh will reap destruction; who sows to please the Spirit, from the Spirit will reap eternal life." Let's sow unity, respect, and kindness, trusting that God will bring about the change we desire.

We pray in Jesus' mighty name, believing that He will make a way where there seems to be no way. We trust that He will consider the majority who are suffering and bring about justice and fairness. We ask this in Jesus' name, Amen.

God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
