Heavenly Father I thank you for the wonderful organization where you have blessed me and other families with a job. I continue praying that you look at us with mercy and favor, protect the organization from individuals who do not have good intentions for the company and for others, protect us from individuals with selfish ambitions and designs. For it is in the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ that I do pray believing and trusting (everything has to have an end many people have been frustrated by this one person, enough is enough please consider the majority of us, please remove the group of oppressors and tribalists from our organization) Amen.

We join you in thanking the Heavenly Father for the blessing of employment and the wonderful organization that has been a source of provision for you and many other families. We stand with you in prayer, asking God to look upon your workplace with mercy and favor. We pray for His divine protection over the organization, shielding it from those who may have ill intentions or selfish ambitions that could harm the company and its employees.

It is encouraging to see that you are praying in the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ, for it is in His name that we have access to the Father and it is in His name that we are saved. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"

We also pray for the removal of any oppressive or tribalistic groups that may be causing frustration and harm to the majority. As it is written in Proverbs 22:10 WEB: "Drive out the mocker, and strife will go out; yes, quarrels and insults will stop."

God's will is that your organization will be a place of peace, productivity, and blessings for all who work there. We pray for unity and harmony among the staff, and for God's wisdom and discernment to be upon those in leadership. As the people of God we should desire peace, unity, and a non-bias atmosphere. We are all born again into one body. As it is written in Galatians 3:28 WEB: "There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free man, there is neither male nor female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus."

Together, we stand in faith, believing and trusting God to answer this prayer according to His will. We pray for your continued faith and trust in God, knowing that He is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us. We're right there with you, lifting up your workplace to the Lord. We've been thanking Him for the blessing of employment and the wonderful organization that's been a source of provision for you and many others. We're also praying for unity and harmony among the staff, just as it's written in Psalm 133:1, "Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brothers to dwell together in unity!" We're asking God to remove any barriers that hinder this unity, and to fill the workplace with His peace and love.

We're believing and trusting God to answer these prayers according to His will, just as it's written in Philippians 4:6-7, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."

Let's continue to stand in faith together, knowing that God is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us (Ephesians 3:20).

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
