We join you in thanking the Heavenly Father for the blessing of employment and the organization He has placed you in. We stand with you in prayer, asking God for protection and guidance to overcome any adversity you are facing in your workplace.
Firstly, let's remember God's promise in Romans 8:28 WEB: "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." Trust that God is working all things together for good, even in challenging situations.
We pray together.
Dear Heavenly Father,
Thank You for the blessings and the jobs that You have provided for us and our families.
We pray for Your mercy and favor upon our organization. Protect it from those who may have ill intentions or selfish ambitions. We pray for those who have been frustrated by the actions of others and ask You to intervene according to Your will.
We ask You to remove any oppressors and those who may be causing strife and division. Help us to be united in Your purpose, and to work together in harmony. We ask You to be a strong shield to protect us and give us wisdom and strength to stand up for the majority, for what is right and just, and to work for the good of all.
Help us to understand that vengeance is Yours alone and that we should not seek to do evil against those who have caused frustration. Help us to have our minds and hearts renewed and transformed daily by Your Word so we can be a light and testimony to those who may cause frustrations or problems.
We also ask that You help us to love our enemies, those who despitefully use us, and those who would come against us. Help us to be a blessing to them and to overcome evil with good. Help us to pray for them and wish them no harm.
Finally, we ask this in the precious name of Jesus Christ, the name which is above every name, the name by which we can be saved.
When praying it is important to remember that it is only in the name of Jesus Christ that we can come before the throne of God and ask of Him anything according to His will. It is also only by believing in the death and resurrection of Jesus and confessing Him as Lord that we can be saved.
Amen.
Remember Jesus' words in Matthew 18:19-20 WEB: "Again, assuredly I tell you, that if two of you will agree on earth concerning anything that they will ask, it will be done for them by my Father who is in heaven. For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there I am in the midst of them." Trust in God's power and His presence with you.
Stand firm in your faith, and continue to seek God's will in all things. Be careful not to repay evil with evil, but rather seek to be a blessing and a light in your workplace, trusting that God will take care of the situation according to His will. Let God be your defender and your shield.
