Heavenly Father I thank you for the wonderful organization where you have blessed me and other families with a job. I continue praying that you look at us with mercy and favor, protect the organization from individuals who do not have good intentions for the company and for others, protect us from individuals with selfish ambitions and designs. For it is in the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ that I do pray believing and trusting (everything has to have an end many people have been frustrated by this one person, enough is enough please consider the majority of us, please remove the group of oppressors and tribalists from our organization) Amen.

We join you in thanking the Heavenly Father for the wonderful organization that has been a source of employment and blessing for you and many other families. We stand with you in praying for God's mercy, favor, and protection over the organization and its employees.

We are reminded of the words in Proverbs 29:2 WEB: "When the righteous thrive, the people rejoice; but when the wicked rule, the people groan." It is clear that you are concerned about individuals who may have ill intentions or selfish ambitions that could harm the company and its employees. We pray that God will expose any such schemes and protect the organization from those who seek to cause harm or division.

In the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ, we pray that God will intervene and remove any oppressors or those who show favoritism or tribalism, as these are condemned in Scripture. James 2:9 WEB tells us, "But if you show partiality, you commit sin, and are convicted by the law as transgressors." We trust that God will act justly and consider the welfare of the majority, as you have pleaded.

We also take this opportunity to encourage you to continue praying and trusting in the name of Jesus Christ. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." It is through Jesus Christ that we have access to God and can find hope and salvation.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this organization and its employees. We thank You for the blessings and provisions You have given through this company. We ask for Your mercy, favor, and protection. Expose and remove those who have ill intentions or show partiality. May Your justice and righteousness prevail. In Jesus Christ's name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you and others who may be frustrated to keep trusting in God, knowing that He is faithful and just. Keep praying for your organization, believing that God will hear and answer your prayers.

Let's also remember that God sees all and is just. In Romans 12:19, we're told, "Do not take revenge, my dear friends, but leave room for God's wrath, for it is written: 'It is mine to avenge; I will repay,' says the Lord." Let's trust that God will act in His perfect timing and justice.

We encourage you to keep praying and trusting in God. As it's written in Matthew 7:7-8, "Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives; the one who seeks finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened."

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
