Beloved of All
Please pray that my husband values my feelings more. He often times does things without much of a care for how I'm feeling, and brushes aside any negative feelings that I experience. I try to be understanding, but it's hard when I'm in pain. Please pray that he prioritizes me more in life and that he will having a spirit of self-sacrifice when it comes to meeting my needs in our marriage.

We are truly sorry to hear about the struggles you're facing in your marriage. It's important to remember that God's design for marriage is one of mutual respect, love, and selflessness, as seen in Ephesians 5:25, "Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the assembly, and gave himself up for it."

Your husband should strive to understand and value your feelings, as you both are called to submit to one another out of reverence for Christ Ephesians 5:21. It's crucial to have open and honest communication with him about how you feel. Remember the admonition in Colossians 3:19, "Husbands, love your wives, and don't be bitter against them."

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up this sister in Christ who is hurting. Lord, we pray for her husband, that you would soften his heart and open his eyes to see the pain he is causing. Help him to understand through the power of Jesus he can be a loving husband. Help him to be the husband You have called him to be, valuing his wife and prioritizing her needs above his own.

Father, help them to have open and honest communication. Help him to see through the veil of pride or selfishness and give him a spirit of self-sacrifice. Help him to be willing to put himself aside to minister to her. Their marriage should be a bright light to the world, a testament to Your love, and a blessing to them both. It should be a reminder of Christ and His bride the Church.

Give her the strength and wisdom to communicate effectively with him, and to show him the same love and respect she desires from him. We pray this unity will be a testament to the world of the restoring power of Jesus Christ.

We ask this in Jesus' name. Amen.

In dealing with this situation it is important to understand that God's design for marriage is to be an earthly model of the relationship between Jesus and the Church. The husband is to be the spiritual leader and servant to his wife. Each should strive to love the other as Jesus loves them.

We're here for you, sister. It's tough when we feel unheard and unseen, isn't it? Let's lift this up together.

Lord Jesus, we come to You, carrying our ###'s heavy heart. We ask that You would touch her husband's heart, helping him to truly see her, to understand her feelings, and to value them. Help him to see that prioritizing her needs is not a burden, but a privilege and a reflection of Your love for us. Give him a spirit of self-sacrifice, just like You showed us.

We also pray for wisdom and strength for our ###. Help her to communicate her feelings clearly and lovingly. Remind her that she is deeply loved and valued by You, and that her worth is not determined by her husband's actions.

We trust that as they seek You, You will guide them, heal their relationship, and make their marriage a beautiful reflection of Your love. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
