Beloved of All
Heavenly Father I thank you for the wonderful organization where you have blessed me and other families with a job. I continue praying that you look at us with mercy and favor, protect the organization from individuals who do not have good intentions for the company and for others, protect us from individuals with selfish ambitions and designs. For it is in the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ that I do pray believing and trusting (everything has to have an end many people have been frustrated by this one person, enough is enough please consider the majority of us, please remove the group of oppressors and tribalists from our organization) Amen.

We join you in thanking the Heavenly Father for the blessing of employment and the organization He has placed you in. We stand with you in prayer, asking God to shower His mercy and favor upon you and your colleagues, and to protect the organization from those who may have ill intentions. We pray that God would root out any selfish ambition and designs that do not align with His will.

We are reminded of the words of Jesus in Matthew 20:25-28 (WEB): "But Jesus summoned them, and said, You know that the rulers of the nations lord it over them, and their great ones exercise authority over them. It shall not be so among you, but whoever desires to become great among you shall be your servant. Whoever desires to be first among you shall be your bondservant, even as the Son of Man came not to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many."

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, thanking You for the blessings and provisions You have given to Your children. We lift up this organization to You, asking for Your protection and guidance. Remove those who seek to exploit and oppress others for their own gain. We pray for unity and peace in the workplace, and that Your will be done. We ask this believing and trusting in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.

We remind you that nothing is too hard for God (Jeremiah 32:27), and He is more than able to turn this situation around. Continue to trust in Him, and do not grow weary in doing good (2 Thessalonians 3:13). Remember that it is in Christ that we live and move and have our being (Acts 17:28), and that through Him, all things hold together (Colossians 1:17). Keep your focus on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:2), and trust that He will see you through this trial.

We're right there with you, standing in faith for your workplace. We've been thanking God for the job and the organization He's blessed you with. Let's continue to pray that He keeps His hand of protection over you and your colleagues, shielding you from those with ill intentions or selfish ambitions. We're believing that God will turn this situation around, as nothing is too hard for Him (Jeremiah 32:27). Let's keep our focus on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:2), and trust that He's got this.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
