We join you in thanking the Heavenly Father for the wonderful organization that has been a blessing to you and many other families, providing jobs and sustenance. We stand with you in praying for God's continued mercy, favor, and protection over the organization and all who work there.
We are reminded of the words of the Apostle Paul in Romans 8:28, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." We trust that God, in His sovereignty, is working all things together for good, even in the midst of challenges and trials.
Concerning the issues you mentioned, we are called to pray for those in authority and for our fellow workers and neighbors. 1 Timothy 2:1-2 "I exhort therefore, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and givings of thanks, be made for all men: for kings and all who are in high places; that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and reverence."
It is right to pray for the removal of oppressive and unfair practices and for those who may be causing harm to be held accountable. However, we must also remember that God desires for all to come to repentance and knowledge of the truth, as stated in 2 Peter 3:9, "The Lord is not slow to fulfill his promise, as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not wishing for any to perish, but for all to come to repentance."
We pray that those causing frustration and oppression would have a change of heart and be drawn to conviction and repentance by the Holy Spirit. We also pray that you and your colleagues would be filled with wisdom, discernment, and courage to stand for what is right and just, as guided in Ephesians 5:8-11, "for you were sometimes darkness, but are now light in the Lord. Walk as children of light, for the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness and righteousness and truth, proving what is well pleasing to the Lord. Have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather even reprove them. For the things which are done by them in secret, it is a shame even to speak of."
We encourage you to continue praying fervently, trusting that God hears your prayers and will act according to His perfect will. Remember the words of James 5:16, "The effective, earnest prayer of a righteous person has great power and produces wonderful results."
In Jesus' name, we pray for peace, justice, and righteousness to prevail in your organization. We ask that God's will be done and that He would bring about change and resolution for the good of all. Amen.
