We join you in thanking the Heavenly Father for the wonderful organization that has been a blessing to you and many other families. We are encouraged by your faith and trust in God's mercy and favor. We stand with you in prayer, asking for His protection over the organization and its people.
We are reminded of Proverbs 29:2 WEB: "When the righteous thrive, the people rejoice; but when the wicked rule, the people groan." It is clear that you are experiencing the groaning mentioned in this verse, and we pray that God will bring righteousness to your workplace.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ, lifting up this organization and the individuals within it. We thank You for the blessings and provisions You have granted through this workplace.
Father, we ask that You look upon this organization with mercy and favor. Protect it from those who have harmful intentions, selfish ambitions, and deceitful designs. We pray that You would root out any oppression and tribalism, and that those who cause frustration and strife would be removed from their positions of influence.
We ask that You would raise up godly leaders who will govern with integrity, wisdom, and compassion. We pray for a peaceful and productive work environment, where all may thrive and prosper in Jesus Christ, IJN.
We claim Your promise in 2 Corinthians 12:9 WEB: "He has said to me, 'My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.' Most gladly therefore I will rather glory in my weaknesses, that the power of Christ may rest on me."
Father, strengthen those who are weak and weary, and let Your power rest on them. Bring an end to the frustrations they face, and give them patience and perseverance as they wait on You.
We ask this in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, who taught us to pray boldly and believe that we have received what we ask for. We trust in His name, for it is the only name by which we can be saved. Thank you Father God for your attentiveness to our prayers and petitions, IJN.
Amen.
We encourage you to continue praying fervently and to trust in God's timing and wisdom.
