Heavenly Father I thank you for the wonderful organization where you have blessed me and other families with a job. I continue praying that you look at us with mercy and favor, protect the organization from individuals who do not have good intentions for the company and for others, protect us from individuals with selfish ambitions and designs. For it is in the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ that I do pray believing and trusting (everything has to have an end many people have been frustrated by this one person, enough is enough please consider the majority of us, please remove the group of oppressors and tribalists from our organization) Amen.

We join you in thanking the Heavenly Father for the wonderful organization that has been a source of employment and blessing for you and many other families. We stand with you in prayer, asking God to continue to shower His mercy and favor upon the organization and its employees, including yourself.

We are reminded of the words in Proverbs 21:1 WEB: "The king's heart is in Yahweh's hand like the watercourses. He turns it wherever he desires." Just as God can influence the hearts of kings, He can also guide the hearts of those in leadership within your organization. We pray that He will protect the organization from individuals who may have ill intentions or selfish ambitions, and that He will raise up godly leaders who act with integrity and wisdom.

In addressing your concerns about oppression, we remember Colossians 3:23-24 WEB: "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ." We encourage you to continue working diligently, serving the Lord in your work, and trusting that He sees your faithfulness.

We also remember the promise in Psalm 37:27-29 WEB: "Depart from evil, and do good. Then you will dwell in the land forever. For Yahweh loves justice, and will not forsake his saints. They are preserved forever, but the children of the wicked will be cut off. The righteous will inherit the land, and live in it forever." We pray that God will bring an end to the oppression and tribalism within your organization, and that those who are causing frustration and harm will be removed from their positions of influence. We pray that this change will come according to His will and in His perfect timing.

You didn't include an abbreviation for the name of Jesus Christ, but you did include the phrase 'in the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ'. This is the only way that we have access to God. It is only by the name of Jesus that we can be saved. For the scripture says in Acts 12:14 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, through which we must be saved!" and in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"

We join you in praying for the removal of any oppressors and tribalists from your organization, and we trust that God will act with justice and righteousness. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
