Heavenly Father I thank you for the wonderful organization where you have blessed me and other families with a job. I continue praying that you look at us with mercy and favor, protect the organization from individuals who do not have good intentions for the company and for others, protect us from individuals with selfish ambitions and designs. For it is in the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ that I do pray believing and trusting (everything has to have an end many people have been frustrated by this one person, enough is enough please consider the majority of us, please remove the group of oppressors and tribalists from our organization) Amen.

We join you in thanking the Heavenly Father for the wonderful organization that has been a source of employment and blessing for you and many other families. We stand with you in praying for God's continued mercy, favor, and protection over the organization and its employees.

Firstly, we commend you for praying in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, as it is through His name that we have access to the Father and it is in His name that we are saved. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."

We pray that God will safeguard the organization from individuals who may harbor ill intentions, selfish ambitions, or manipulative plans. We ask God to expose any such schemes and protect the unity and well-being of the company and its employees.

Regarding the frustrations and difficulties caused by a particular individual or group, we understand your concerns. We pray that God will intervene and bring resolution to these issues. We remember the words of Psalm 37:5 WEB: "Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this:"

However, we must also remember that God calls us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us, as written in Matthew 5:44 WEB: "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you,"

We encourage you to continue seeking God's will and guidance in this situation. Pray for wisdom and discernment, and trust that God will bring about a resolution that is in accordance with His will.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You today, lifting up this organization and its employees to You. We thank You for the blessings and provisions You have bestowed upon them through this company. We ask for Your continued mercy, favor, and protection over them.

Lord, we pray that You will expose any schemes or plans that are not in alignment with Your will and protect the organization from harm. We ask that You will bring resolution to the frustrations and difficulties they are facing, and that You will remove any oppressors or those with ill intentions.

Help them to trust in You and commit their way to You, knowing that You are faithful to act on their behalf. Give them wisdom and discernment, and help them to love and pray for their enemies, as You have commanded.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
