Heavenly Father I thank you for the wonderful organization where you have blessed me and other families with a job. I continue praying that you look at us with mercy and favor, protect the organization from individuals who do not have good intentions for the company and for others, protect us from individuals with selfish ambitions and designs. For it is in the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ that I do pray believing and trusting (everything has to have an end many people have been frustrated by this one person, enough is enough please consider the majority of us, please remove the group of oppressors and tribalists from our organization) Amen.

We join you in thanking the Heavenly Father for the wonderful organization that has been a source of employment and blessing for you and many other families. It is truly a gift from God to have a job that provides for our needs, and we are grateful for His provision.

We stand with you in praying for God's mercy and favor upon the organization. We ask that He protects it from those who may have ill intentions, selfish ambitions, or designs that are not in alignment with His will. In the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ, we pray for His intervention and guidance.

We are reminded of the words in Proverbs 21:1 WEB: "The king's heart is in Yahweh's hand like the watercourses. He turns it wherever he desires." Just as God can influence the heart of a king, He can also influence the hearts of those in leadership within your organization. We pray that He would direct their steps and remove any who are causing harm or oppression.

Regarding the frustrations you mentioned, we encourage you to continue trusting in God's timing and justice. Remember the words of Romans 12:19 WEB: "Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'" It is not our place to seek vengeance, but to trust that God will handle the situation in His perfect timing. He is the one who sees all and knows all, and He will do what is right.

We also pray for unity and peace within the organization. In Ephesians 4:3 WEB, we are urged to be "eager to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace." We pray that God would foster a spirit of unity and harmony among all employees, and that any divisions or factions would be healed.

Lastly, we encourage you to continue praying in the name of Jesus Christ. It is through His name that we have access to the Father and can approach Him with confidence. As it says in John 14:13-14 WEB, "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it."

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You today in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this organization and all those who work within it. We ask for Your protection, guidance, and wisdom. Remove those who are causing harm or oppression, and foster a spirit of unity and peace among the employees. Help us to trust in Your timing and justice, and to always seek Your will above all else. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We're right there with you, lifting up this organization and its employees to our Heavenly Father. We've been blessed with jobs too, and we know the joy and relief it brings. Let's ask God to keep His hand on this place, guiding and protecting it from harm. We can trust Him to remove those who cause trouble or oppression, just as He did with Pharaoh in the Bible. Let's also pray for unity and love to fill the workplace, just like it says in 1 Corinthians 13:13, "And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love." Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
