Heavenly Father, I lift up ### to You today, my department head. I pray that You grant her wisdom, fairness, and discernment in her judgments.

May she seek truth, verifying situations before forming conclusions, and may her words and actions be filled with grace and sensitivity.

Lord, I feel misunderstood and unfairly blamed for the mistakes of my new co-worker and others, and I ask for Your guidance in navigating this challenging situation. Please bring clarity to ###'s heart and mind, so that she may see things clearly and not be swayed by bias or misunderstandings. I also pray for a harmonious and positive relationship between us, grounded in respect and understanding.

Help her to see the truth in all matters, especially concerning our newbie. Expose ###, don't let this newbie manipulate ###. May peace and fairness reign in our workplace. In Jesus' name, I pray. Amen.

Lastly, we want to encourage you to keep praying in the name of Jesus. As Acts 4:12 (WEB) reminds us, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." It's only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God, so keep calling on Him in your time of need.
