Prayer For World Vision Employees In Pakistan

I would like to ask for prayers for the tragic deaths of six local staff in World Vision Pakistan’s Oghi office

in the Manshera District of North-West Frontier Province on Wednesday, March 10 at 9:20 a.m. local time.

Please help us pray for the bereaved families, and fellow World Vision staff in Pakistan.

The office was attacked by masked gunmen who herded our staff into one room and shot them indiscriminately

before setting off a bomb as they left. Four male and two female staff members were killed at the site and eight staff were injured.

Four of the injured staff were treated and released, while four others remain hospitalised for serious injuries.

Please pray also for strength and courage for all those doing God's work in unstable locations in the world

Please take the hand of Your faithful servants, comforting family, co-workers, and friends of those lost in this tragedy. I ask Your Holy hand of compassion and grace over all involved. Father, I know You will somehow use this situation to Your glory. Please be with those left behind just now, Lord. Please flood this area with Your Holy Spirit, bringing about Your good and perfect will. It is in Jesus name and by His blood that I pray. Amen.
