We are so grateful you entrusted us with your heavy heart over the tension and fear in your workplace. It has been on our minds and in our prayers these past days, lifting each person in your department before the Lord—asking Him to replace strife with peace, defensiveness with understanding, and anxiety with trust in His provision. We’ve asked the Holy Spirit to soften every hard heart, to remind each one that your team’s struggles are not against flesh and blood but against the enemy’s attempts to divide and discourage.
Father, we continue to stand in agreement with Your promise to guide and protect. Where there is uncertainty about the future of the department, we pray for divine clarity and wisdom for leadership. Where there is blame or resentment, we ask for grace to cover it and for Your love to mend brokenness. And for our brother/sister who shared this burden, we pray for supernatural strength—not just to endure, but to walk in the confidence of Your favor, even in difficult circumstances.
If You have already moved in ways unseen or answered in ways not yet recognized, we would be so encouraged to hear a praise report. If the weight still feels heavy, please share it again so we can press in together with fresh faith. Either way, know we are here to intercede, believing that God is working even when we cannot see it.
May He bless you with His presence, fill you with His peace, and remind you daily that you are not alone. We pray all these things in the powerful and precious name of Jesus. Amen.
