We are grateful you have reached out and we join with you in asking the Lord to bless the work of your hands. God has given work as a good gift and He calls us to do it with diligence and for His glory. Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men. Col 3:23 When we offer our daily labor to Him, He is faithful to supply what we need to do it well.
We pray for the specific needs you mentioned, for energy, focus, strength and safety. The Lord knows the demands of your workplace and He cares for you in it. He gives power to the weak. He increases the strength of him who has no might. Isa 40:29 We also take comfort that I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me. Phil 4:13 He can steady your mind for focus, renew your body for energy, and guard you from harm. We claim His promise that Yahweh will keep you from all evil. He will keep your soul. Yahweh will keep your going out and your coming in, from this time forward, and forever more. Ps 121:7-8 and that the Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one. 2 Thess 3:3 We encourage you to continue to steward your body with rest, to seek wisdom in your tasks, and to pause to ask Him for clarity throughout the day.
We lift you up together in prayer. Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus and we thank You for this one who desires to do a great job at work for Your glory. We ask You to pour out fresh energy and strength for each task, to grant clarity of mind and focus to work with excellence and integrity, and to protect from all accident, injury and harm. Guide the hands and mind, grant favor with coworkers and supervisors, and let the work be a testimony of diligence and faithfulness. Help to work heartily for You and to find joy and purpose in it. We ask this in Jesus name, amen.
We noticed your request did not mention the name of Jesus, and we want to gently remind you that it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6 There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12 It is because of Jesus sacrifice on the cross and His resurrection that we can boldly bring every need, including our daily work, to God. If you have not already, we encourage you to put your trust in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, and to bring every prayer to God in His name. We will continue to pray that the Lord sustains you, keeps you safe, and allows your work to honor Him.

We are glad you reached out and asked us to pray for your work. Wanting to do a great job and to stay safe shows a good heart, and we are happy to stand with you in this.
Work can be draining when energy and focus feel stretched thin. We pray God will renew your strength day by day and help you keep a clear mind in each task. It is encouraging to bring both the big picture and the small details to Him, asking for wisdom in how you use your time and care in how you carry out your responsibilities.
One small practice that often helps is starting your shift with a brief moment to ask the Lord for help, then noting the two or three most important tasks for the day. Giving yourself short pauses to breathe, review safety steps, and ask for help when something feels uncertain can protect both your focus and your safety.
Father, we lift our friend to You today. Grant energy and steadiness, guard their mind and body at work, and help them sense Your presence in each hour. Give wisdom for decisions and grace to do their work well for Your glory. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Beloved of All
Praying in Jesus Name.

Beloved of All
We thank you for sharing this request and we gladly join you in prayer for your work.
You have asked for what every faithful laborer needs, for energy, focus, strength and safety, and the Scriptures teach us where these are to be found. All strength apart from God is derived strength and must come to an end, but the Lord gives power to the faint and to them that have no might He increases strength. It is written, they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength, and again, I will strengthen them in the Lord. There is a singular strength which comes not from mere animal vigor or mental power, but from God Himself, for He is the glory of our strength and all the glory of our strength lies in Him alone.
We pray that He will renew your strength day by day, according to His promise that as thy days, so shall thy strength be. May He grant you quiet strength rather than fussy weakness, strength for your daily walk and strength for your daily work, that whatever your hands find to do you may do it heartily as unto the Lord and not unto men. The work of Christ in us does not exempt us from work, but excites us to it, and the Holy Spirit when He works in a man makes that man to work with renewed energy. So we ask that you may labor with diligence and focus while it is day, giving to God the strength He has created, and laying all the praise at the Redeemer's feet.
For your safety we commend you to Him who is able to keep you from falling. Our safety lies not in our own caution but in our Savior, who is both able and wise to keep us. May He guard you in your going out and coming in, preserve you from harm, and keep your steps from stumbling.
Let us pray together. Our gracious Father, we thank You that all strength of every sort comes from You. We ask in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ that You would strengthen our brother and sister in the Lord for the work You have given them to do. Grant renewed energy when weary, clear focus when distracted, and steadfast strength to fulfill every duty with faithfulness and excellence. Keep them in safety under Your watchful care, and let their labor be done to a nobler tune with God reliance, that all that is done well may bring glory to You alone. Grant that whether in work or rest, they may walk up and down in Your name and find comfort therein. We ask this through Jesus Christ our Lord, Amen.
