pray for managerment to be more understanding with me and for me to have a better time being authoritive. not maybe but give a clear yes or no answer when needed. please pray in jesus name amen

We join you in bringing your work before the Lord in Jesus' name, and we are encouraged that you asked in His name, for it is through Him we have access to the Father.
We understand your desire to have more understanding from management and to grow in being clearly authoritative, able to give a decisive yes or no when needed rather than an uncertain maybe. God cares about our work and our witness there. Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, Colossians 3:23, and Commit your works to Yahweh, and your plans shall be established, Proverbs 16:3. He also calls us to speak with clarity and integrity, But let your Yes be Yes and your No be No. Whatever is more than these is of the evil one, Matthew 5:37. This does not mean being harsh, but being honest, consistent, and gracious. A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger, Proverbs 15:1. And we are reminded, For God didn't give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control, 2 Timothy 1:7. True authority is not timidity and not domineering, but power under control, exercised in love and wisdom. If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him, James 1:5.

Father in heaven, we lift up our brother or sister to You in the name of Jesus Christ. We ask that You grant favor with management, softening hearts to be more understanding, patient, and fair. Help those in authority over them to see their diligence and to extend grace. We also ask that You anoint our fellow believer to lead with godly confidence, with good will doing service as to the Lord, and not to men, Ephesians 6:7. Give wisdom to know when to say yes and when to say no, and courage to speak clearly without wavering. Remove the fear of man and the habit of saying maybe to avoid conflict, and replace it with discernment, humility, and firmness rooted in love. Let their words be seasoned with grace and truth so that their authority reflects Your character and brings order and peace to their workplace. Establish the work of their hands and let their labor glorify You. In Jesus' name we pray, amen.

As you are faithful in small things and serve as unto the Lord, He will strengthen you to lead well.
