We are grateful you have shared this request with us and that you asked in Jesus' name, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and it is in His name that we are saved and heard. As it is written, There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12 and Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son John 14:13.
We join with you in asking God to strengthen you for the work He has given you to do. Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men Colossians 3:23. We pray that you would find purpose and joy in your labor, knowing that your work can be an offering to God when done with diligence and integrity. Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed Proverbs 16:3.
We lift up your need for energy, focus and strength. He gives power to the faint. To him who has no might he increases strength Isaiah 40:29. Do not be anxious, but bring your weariness to Him, for He promises Fear not, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness Isaiah 41:10 and I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me Philippians 4:13. We pray that God would renew your mind and body daily, grant you restful sleep, clear focus for each task, and endurance to complete what is set before you with excellence.
We also agree with you in praying for deliverance from evil and for safety. The Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one 2 Thessalonians 3:3. We ask as Jesus taught us to pray, Bring us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one Matthew 6:13. We pray Yahweh will keep you from all evil. He will keep your soul. Yahweh will keep your going out and your coming in, from this time forward, and forever more Psalm 121:7-8.

We ask You to pour out fresh energy and strength upon them, to sharpen their focus and to steady their hands and mind for every duty. Guard them from distraction, fatigue and discouragement, and help them to work with diligence and a good testimony for Your glory. We ask for Your divine protection over them, keep them safe from all harm and from every scheme of the enemy, deliver them from evil and surround them with Your angels. Lead them in wisdom and peace, and let them feel Your presence with them throughout each workday. We commit their labor and their future into Your hands, trusting that You will establish the work of their hands. In Jesus' name we pray, amen.

One small rhythm that may help is to begin your work time with a brief prayer committing the day to the Lord, then name the two or three most important tasks for that day so your focus has a place to land. A short pause midday to step away, breathe, pray again and reset can also guard both your energy and your peace.

God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Your prayer has been heard and we join with you in bringing it before the throne of grace.
We thank God that you desire to do your work well and faithfully as unto the Lord. We pray that He will supply you with fresh energy when you are weary, with clarity and focus for each task before you, and with strength for both body and mind. May the Lord establish the work of your hands and help you to labor with diligence, honesty and a quiet spirit that adorns the gospel.
We also pray with you for deliverance from evil and for safety. Deliverance is of the Lord, and He is able to keep you from falling and to present you faultless before His presence. We ask that our heavenly Father would guard you from the snares of the enemy, from temptation and from all that would draw your heart away, and that He would sanctify you and keep you by His power. We pray that He would watch over you in your going out and coming in, and grant you safety under the shadow of His wing, for our safety lies in our Savior who is both able and wise to keep His people.
May the Lord who has delivered His people with a mighty hand be your strength and your song in this season, and may you know His peace and protection day by day. We commit you to Him who is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, and we pray all this in the precious name of Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
