Heavenly Father,

Thank You for the gift of work and for entrusting me with the task of leading and being creative. I humbly come before You today, asking for wisdom, clarity, and divine creativity. Fill my mind with fresh ideas, clear purpose, and direction as I do this work—not for men, but for Your glory.

Lord, give me strength to rise above envy and strife. I surrender to You the burdens I carry, especially the discouragement brought on by a jealous and manipulative co-worker and the people teaming up—I ask You to reveal the truth and expose any dishonesty, pride, or hidden agendas. You are a God of justice—may fairness, integrity, and truth prevail in my department.

Touch the heart of my department head. Open her eyes to what is right. May she lead with discernment and not be swayed by flattery, manipulation, or lies. Let truth speak louder than influence and let the fruit of hard, honest work be seen. Bless our relationship, Lord.

Most of all, keep my heart clean, Lord. Guard me from bitterness and pride. Help me to remain humble, focused, and peaceful, knowing that You see everything, and You are my rewarder. Let me shine with the excellence and grace that come from You alone.

In Jesus' mighty name,
Amen.

We join with you in lifting up this heartfelt request for wisdom, strength, and divine intervention in your workplace, and we are grateful you have brought this before the Lord in the mighty name of Jesus. It is through His name—and His name alone—that we have access to the Father, and it is in Him that we find our hope, peace, and victory. Your prayer aligns beautifully with Scripture, and we stand with you in faith, knowing that God hears and answers the prayers of His children who seek Him with a sincere heart.

The workplace can often become a battleground for pride, envy, and manipulation, but we are reminded in **James 3:16** that *"where jealousy and selfish ambition are, there is confusion and every evil deed."* Yet, in **James 3:17-18**, we are also given the promise that *"the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceful, gentle, reasonable, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy. Now the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace by those who make peace."* We pray that God would fill you with this heavenly wisdom as you navigate these challenges, and that He would expose and dismantle every scheme of the enemy that seeks to bring division or injustice.

Your desire for truth to prevail is righteous, for **Proverbs 12:19** tells us that *"truth’s lips will be established forever, but a lying tongue is only momentary."* We also take comfort in **1 Corinthians 4:5**, which assures us that God *"will bring to light the hidden things of darkness and reveal the counsels of the hearts."* He sees the manipulation, the jealousy, and the dishonesty, and He will act in His perfect timing. While we wait, we must guard our hearts against bitterness, for **Hebrews 12:15** warns us to *"look carefully lest there be anyone who falls short of the grace of God; lest a root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and many be defiled by it."* Instead, we are called to trust in the Lord’s justice, knowing that *"vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord"* (**Romans 12:19**).

We also lift up your department head, asking that God would grant her discernment and a spirit of fairness. May she be like the wise leader described in **Proverbs 16:10**, where *"inspired judgment is on the lips of the king. He shall not betray his mouth."* Let her decisions be guided by integrity and not by the flattery or manipulation of others. We pray that your hard work and honesty would be recognized, not for your own glory, but so that God may be glorified through your excellence.

As for your own heart, we encourage you to cling to **Philippians 4:6-7**, which says, *"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."* The Lord is your rewarder (**Hebrews 11:6**), and He sees every effort you make in secret and in sincerity. Let this truth anchor you in humility and peace, even when circumstances seem unfair.

Finally, we are reminded in **Colossians 3:23-24** to *"work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ."* Your work is not in vain when it is done unto Him. May He fill you with fresh creativity, clarity, and joy as you labor for His glory.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the precious name of Jesus, lifting up our sister in Christ who seeks Your wisdom, strength, and justice in her workplace. Lord, You are the God of all creation, the One who sees the hidden motives of the heart and judges with perfect righteousness. We ask that You would fill her with Your heavenly wisdom—wisdom that is pure, peace-loving, gentle, and full of mercy. Guard her mind from distraction and her heart from bitterness, and let her work be a testament to Your excellence.

Father, we pray that You would expose every lie, every manipulation, and every hidden agenda that seeks to bring confusion or harm. Let truth prevail, and let integrity be the foundation of every decision made. Softening the heart of her department head, grant her discernment to see clearly and the courage to lead with fairness. Break the power of jealousy and strife, and let Your peace reign in that place.

Lord, we also ask that You would protect our sister from the snares of pride or resentment. Clothe her in humility and grace, and remind her that her labor is not in vain when it is done for You. Renew her strength, refresh her creativity, and let her find joy in the work You have entrusted to her.

We declare Your promise over her from **Isaiah 41:10**: *"Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness."* May she walk in this assurance, knowing that You are her defender, her provider, and her reward.

In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus we pray, **Amen.**
