We come before the Lord with hearts full of faith, lifting up your situation to Him who holds all authority in heaven and on earth. Father, we know that You are sovereign over every government, every law, and every official. Your Word declares in Proverbs 21:1, "The king’s heart is in Yahweh’s hand like the watercourses. He turns it wherever he desires." Lord, we ask that You would turn the hearts of those processing your paperwork, that they would act with efficiency, wisdom, and favor toward you. Let no unnecessary delays or obstacles stand in the way of your work permit and visa renewal.
We also pray for peace to guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus, as Philippians 4:6-7 encourages us: "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." Even in the midst of uncertainty, we trust that You are working all things together for your good, and we ask that You would replace anxiety with confidence in Your provision.
Lord, we ask that You would go before you in every step of this process. Smooth out any complications, grant clarity in the online submission, and let every requirement be met without hindrance. May Your hand be evident in this situation, so that even those who do not know You would see Your faithfulness at work. We declare that this renewal will be completed in Your perfect timing, and that you will be able to travel to see your family with joy and without worry.
We also want to encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in this season. Psalm 37:5 reminds us, "Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this." Keep your eyes fixed on Him, and do not grow weary in doing good. The Lord sees your faithfulness in serving as a teacher, and He will not forget your labor of love.
Finally, we rebuke any spirit of fear or doubt that may try to take hold of you. God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). Stand firm in faith, knowing that the Lord is your helper, and you have no need to fear what man can do (Hebrews 13:6).
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, the One who makes all things possible for those who believe. Amen.
