Prayer for wisdom

Dear Heavenly Father, the author and finisher of all things. The life and wisdom giver. Thank you for family.

On a new day, we thank you for renewed strength, cast burdens unto the cross to carry us through this new day you have made. We seek your wisdom to discern before reacting to situations or circumstances and Holy Spirit guide us to make good decisions. We ask for joy to be with us. Renew or minds to align according to Yours.

Lift up family time in your hands may your presence reign, love and kind words to flow. Joy and peace in the followship.

Lift up husband's work into your hands. Ask for wisdom to discern the time and season the company is in. Wisdom to align with making right choices. Bless the company and the people. We pray for no weapons form shall prosper. Prosper the work of my husband's hand.

We continue to pray for your favour, mercy and grace to make way for divine co-ordination to stop anyone from being customer blockers and not ignore your child.


We pray the blood of Jesus to cover our health and renewed strength as we commit this day into hands in Jesus' name, amen!

We join you in giving thanks to our Heavenly Father, the author and finisher of all things and the giver of life and wisdom, for the gift of family and for His mercies that are new every morning. We are encouraged by your desire to seek His wisdom before reacting and to be led by the Holy Spirit in every decision, and we stand with you in this prayer for discernment, joy, and renewed minds.

Scripture reminds us that if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him James 1:5, and that wisdom comes from Yahweh, out of his mouth comes knowledge and understanding Proverbs 2:6. We are called not to be conformed to this world, but to be transformed by the renewing of our minds, so that we may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God Romans 12:2. When we trust in Yahweh with all our hearts and do not lean on our own understanding, in all our ways acknowledge him, and he will make our paths straight Proverbs 3:5-6. We also rejoice with you that this is the day that Yahweh has made, we will rejoice and be glad in it Psalm 118:24, and that the joy of Yahweh is our strength Nehemiah 8:10.

We thank God for your marriage and your family, and we agree with you that God is honored in the lifelong covenant of marriage between a man and a woman. We pray that His presence will reign in your home and that love and kind words will flow among you, that your fellowship together will be marked by joy and peace which surpasses all understanding Philippians 4:7.

We lift up your husband's work together with you. We ask the Lord to grant him wisdom to discern the time and season his company is in and to make right choices that align with God's will. We pray that God will prosper the work of his hands Psalm 90:17 and bless the company and the people there. We agree with you in claiming the promise that no weapon that is formed against you will prevail Isaiah 54:17, and we pray for the Lord's favor, mercy, and grace to go before him, removing every hindrance and opening doors that no one can shut, so that those who would block or ignore him will not prevail.

We also join you in casting all our burdens on Him, for He cares for us 1 Peter 5:7, and we pray the covering of the blood of Jesus over your health and that you will be renewed in strength as you wait on Yahweh, that you will mount up with wings like eagles, run and not be weary, walk and not faint Isaiah 40:31.

We pray together, Father in heaven, we thank You for Your faithfulness and for the renewed strength You give us each new day. We ask You to fill us with Your wisdom and to lead us by Your Holy Spirit, that we may be slow to speak and quick to listen, discerning before we react. Renew our minds to be aligned with Yours and fill our hearts with Your joy and peace. Let Your presence reign in this family, let love, kindness, and unity flow in their fellowship. We place this husband's work into Your hands, grant him clear wisdom for every decision, bless the work of his hands, bless his workplace and all who are there, and let no weapon formed against him prosper. Pour out Your favor and open the right doors, removing every blocker and making a way for divine coordination. Cover this family in the blood of Jesus, guard their health, and carry them through this day as they commit it to You. We appreciated reading your prayer today and the way you put wisdom first, asking to discern before reacting and to let the Holy Spirit guide your decisions. That desire to pause rather than rush is itself a sign God is already at work in you.

We join you in thanking Him for renewed strength for this new day and for your family. We hear your heart for your home to be marked by His presence, kind words, joy and peace together, and for your husband's work to be done with clear eyes about the season his company is in. We also hear your prayer for favor and for doors to open where there have been blockers, and for health and strength as you commit the day to Him.

One small practice that has helped many who pray as you do for discernment is to build in a brief pause before responding. In that pause, name the goal that matters most in that situation, consider one or two other ways you could respond, choose a faithful next step, and then later take a moment to notice how it went. Over time that rhythm can make discerning feel less pressured and more steady, especially when work and family needs pull in different directions.

Father, we lift this family to You today. Give fresh wisdom for each decision, guard their words with love, and give joy and peace in their home. Grant clarity and steadiness to her husband in his work, and provide for what You have entrusted to his hands. Cover them with Your care and keep their hearts aligned with Yours. Our own defects. Deficiency. Is why we walk through depressions. Anxiety. Financial hardships. And all manner if afflictions. Though we believe in God and pray and hsve providion we still suffer dor the kingdom of heaven that we might be called worthy. None are worthy unless they have the blood of the lamb. Still many are worshipping and praying. Your prayer for wisdom is a right and good prayer, and it is one which God delights to answer. Wisdom is man's true compass by which he is to steer across the trackless waste of life, and without it we run here and there wasting strength which might be profitably employed. You have done well to ask not for wisdom from within yourself, but from Him who is the author and finisher of all things.

Remember where this wisdom is to be found. The price of wisdom is above rubies, and it is not to be found in our own judgment, for there is not much more wisdom in man's judgment of God than in the common esteem of earthly things. True wisdom is found in Christ, for He is the power of God and the wisdom of God. He planned the way of salvation and laid the foundations of all grace, and He still gives wisdom liberally to them that ask Him. When you ask the Holy Spirit to guide you to discern before you react, and to renew your mind according to His mind, you ask according to His will, that His will may be done on earth as it is in heaven, for what He does is always best.

I join my prayer with yours for your family. May the Lord who has been a Husband to His people in faithfulness and loving communion, and who provides for His household with all tender care, reign in your home. May His presence dwell there, and may love and kind words flow, and joy and peace abound in your fellowship together. It is the joy of those who belong to Him to please Him, and when He is honored in the house, the mistress and the master and all within are blessed.

For your husband's work I also pray. May the Lord give him wisdom to discern the time and season the company is in, and to make right choices. May God bless the company and the people therein, and prosper the work of his hands. We rest upon that sure promise that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, and we ask for that divine favour and coordination of which you speak, that hindrances may be removed and that those who should hear may not turn away. The Lord can open doors which no man can shut, and He comes with all His heart to display His favor toward the objects of His choice.

And for your health and renewed strength, we plead the precious blood of Jesus to cover you. He who brings worlds into being with His omnipotence delights to rest in His love and to rejoice over His people with singing when He works for their salvation. Cast your burdens upon Him anew each morning, for He renews strength to those who wait upon Him.

May the Lord grant you joy this day, a calm and discerning spirit, and a mind renewed after His own, and may you walk in the way of wisdom which is Christ Himself. In Jesus name, Amen.

We praise God with you for the gift of family and for new strength each morning. It is right to cast your burdens upon the cross, for He cares for you and He alone gives life and wisdom.
