Prayer for Wisdom

Dear brothers I pray that you will pray for me that God will grant me Dreams About extreme Wisdom

We hear your heart’s cry for divine wisdom, and we join you in seeking the Lord’s guidance. The Scriptures tell us, "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him" (James 1:5 WEB). True wisdom comes not from human understanding but from the fear of the Lord, as Proverbs 9:10 declares: "The fear of Yahweh is the beginning of wisdom. The knowledge of the Holy One is understanding."

We pray that God would indeed speak to you through dreams, as He did for Joseph, Daniel, and others in Scripture, revealing His perfect will for your life. May He grant you clarity, discernment, and the humility to walk in His ways. Let us lift this request before the throne of grace together:

"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the Wisdom of God made flesh. We ask that You pour out Your Spirit of wisdom upon our brother, filling his mind and heart with Your truth. Lord, speak to him in dreams, as You have done for Your servants in ages past, that he may know Your will and walk in it. Guard his heart from deception and pride, and let every revelation he receives align with Your holy Word. May he grow in the fear of You, which is the foundation of all true wisdom. We ask this in Jesus’ name, for Your glory and his good. Amen."

We also encourage you to saturate your mind with Scripture, for "the testimony of Yahweh is sure, making wise the simple" (Psalm 19:7 WEB). Meditate on God’s Word day and night, and He will direct your steps. If there are specific areas where you seek wisdom, whether in decisions, relationships, or spiritual growth, bring them before the Lord in prayer, trusting that He will answer according to His perfect timing.

If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus Christ, we urge you to consider the greatest wisdom of all: the wisdom of salvation. "For the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are dying, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God" (1 Corinthians 1:18 WEB). Jesus is the Way, the Truth, and the Life, and no one comes to the Father except through Him (John 14:6). If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved (Romans 10:9). We pray you would embrace this truth and walk in the wisdom that leads to eternal life.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

We’re honored that you’ve reached out, and we join you in asking God to pour out His wisdom on your life. That deep hunger for wisdom is something we recognize and celebrate, it’s a desire that God himself delights to meet. When you ask specifically for “dreams about extreme wisdom,” we hear a sincere longing to see beyond the surface of things, to understand life with clarity and depth that only He can give. We’ll pray for that, trusting that God can use every part of our lives, including the night, to shape us. But we also know that wisdom, in Scripture, is often less about a sudden download and more about a growing relationship of trust and reverence. It’s the capacity to discern the heart of a matter, to know what love requires in the moment, and to walk humbly with God. That kind of wisdom often comes step by step, through the ups and downs of daily life, as we keep bringing our questions and decisions to Him.

One small thing that can help anchor this desire is to make a habit, each morning or evening, of a simple prayer: “Lord, I need your wisdom today. Show me what I need to see, and help me trust you even when I don’t understand.” You could also jot down the dreams you have, not to overanalyze them, but as a way of staying attentive to what God might be doing beneath the surface. We’ll be praying that the Spirit of wisdom and understanding rests on you, just as Isaiah promises of Jesus, and that whatever God shows you, whether in a dream, in Scripture, or through the counsel of others, you’ll be given the clarity and courage to follow.

Let’s pray together now:

Father, we ask you to give our brother the wisdom he is yearning for, wisdom that is pure, peaceable, and full of mercy. Whatever means you choose, whether in dreams or in the quiet nudges of your Spirit, grant him discernment, practical insight, and a deepening awe of who you are. Keep him from confusion, and anchor his heart in the truth of your love. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

You ask for dreams of extreme wisdom, but I pray you will rather seek wisdom from the revelation of God in Christ Jesus. A grain of Divine Grace is worth more than a ton of knowledge, and if you have but a spark of true faith in Him, it is better than a whole volcano full of worldly wisdom. There is a path that the vulture’s eye hath not seen, which the lion’s whelps have not trodden; it is the way of wisdom, and it must come to us by revelation from God, for we cannot find it by our own efforts. We can only know it by the illumination of the Divine Spirit, but that blessed Spirit illuminates all the souls that look to Jesus.

Dreams, even of wisdom, are but shifting shadows unless they drive you to the Word made flesh. The Lord Jesus is the Amen of the Divine purposes; in Him are hid all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge. I do not bid you despise any genuine work of the Spirit, yet I caution you: be not carried away by every wind of longing for signs, when you have the sure testimony of Scripture. Trust in God, that is true wisdom. The price of wisdom is above rubies, neither shall it be valued with pure gold. Where shall it be found? It is found in bowing before the thorn-crowned brow of Him who is the First and the Last, who liveth and was dead, and behold, He is alive for evermore.

Fear not, for though the majesty of His Divine Person might well make you fall at His feet as dead, yet He saith, “Fear not,” and invites you to draw near. I pray that you may not so much dream of wisdom as possess her in the hidden part through the indwelling of the Holy Ghost. He giveth more grace, and at the right moment He will bring forth some new and surprising stroke of wisdom, drawing you out of deep waters, that praise and glory may redound to His name. Seek not after dreams, but seek after Christ, and in Him you shall be made wise unto salvation.

You ask for dreams about extreme wisdom, but consider what true wisdom is. The wisdom from above is not found in the fantasies of sleep or the imaginings of the night. The things present, whether prosperous or painful, are nothing better than dreams. We slumber and see visions, sunk in a lethargy as in some deepest night. No man while sleeping can see the sun, nor delight his eyes with the beauty of its beams. Whatever he may see, he beholds all as in a dream. We need much penance and many tears to be awakened, to shake off the deep slumber of this present life and look another way, unto the Sun of Righteousness.

But we speak God’s wisdom in a mystery, the wisdom that has been hidden, which God foreordained before the worlds unto our glory. This wisdom is not of this world, nor of the rulers of this world which are coming to naught. Human wisdom seems something great, but trusted all to itself and became foolishness. The wisdom which is without terminates here and proceeds no further, and cannot even here profit its possessors. God admitted the uneducated first, showing thereby that all men need the wisdom from above. Christ Himself was made unto us wisdom.

What then is this wisdom? Virtue is wisdom, and lowliness of mind is wisdom, and almsgiving is wisdom. The fool says in his heart there is no God, and his wounds stink from his own foolishness. What is more foolish than one who wraps himself in his own garments but regards not his brethren that are naked, who feeds dogs and cares not that the image of God is famishing? Nothing is wiser than one who achieves virtue, who imparts of his substance, is pitiful, loving to men, knowing he bears a common nature with them. This is true wisdom, not the craft of words or the visions of idle sleep.

Seek not dreams, for what could a dream teach that surpasses the revelation already given? The divine soul brings lessons not in sounding sentences or magnificent diction, but in strength invincible and irresistible force of right doctrines. The wisdom we preach overcomes the world’s wisdom, so ample and so much greater that the other appears foolishness. He that has learned what God is will have no misgiving about His promises. Let us put off imaginings, get clear of the dreams of this life present, lay aside its deep slumber, and be clad in virtue for garments. Let us henceforth do what belongs to the day, not the night. Let us awake one another and set about the works of light, for the night is far spent. The Lord grant you a spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him, not through shadows, but through the manifest truth already brought to pass.

Your desire for wisdom is a noble and biblical pursuit. The Scripture tells us that the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, and knowledge of the Holy One brings understanding. When you ask for dreams about extreme wisdom, I would gently turn your focus toward the source of all true wisdom, Jesus Christ himself. He is the unveiling of God’s heart and mind. In him are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.

There is a common mistake people make when seeking deeper things from God. They think his revelation is sealed, distant, or hidden in obscure signs. But the whole testimony of Scripture is an unveiling, a taking off of the wraps so we can see him clearly. The Spirit’s work is not to turn our eyes inward to our own dream life, but outward to the living Word who became flesh. John fell at his feet as though dead because the vision of Christ in his glory overwhelmed everything else. That is where wisdom begins: a heart laid low in worship before the Lamb who was slain.

The prayer I would lift up for you is the same prayer recorded for the early believers: that God would give you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him, that the eyes of your heart would be enlightened. This is not a one-time download of extreme insight. It is a lifelong unfolding as you behold his glory. The elders and living creatures around the throne cry out day and night that the Lamb is worthy to receive power and riches and wisdom and strength and honor and glory and blessing. Notice where wisdom resides, it belongs to him.

If you seek wisdom, do not seek it as a possession to hold, but as a Person to know. The same Lord who walked among the lampstands and holds the seven stars in his right hand is the one who searches minds and hearts. Ask him to teach you what it means that you are valued by him, that you share in the hope of his calling, and that the riches of his grace are freely given to you in Christ. As you meditate on who he is, creator, redeemer, coming king, the Spirit will shape your thoughts and steady your steps.

We will certainly pray for you, that the Lord himself would grant you understanding. May he give you not merely the dreams you ask for, but a clear view of his Son, in whom all the promises of God find their yes.

We are so grateful that you entrusted us with your heartfelt request for God to grant you dreams filled with extreme wisdom. It has been a privilege to stand in agreement with you, lifting your petition before our Heavenly Father, who delights in giving wisdom to those who ask in faith. We have prayed that the Holy Spirit would speak to you clearly through the visions of the night, that you might wake with divine understanding and discernment for the path ahead.

If God has answered this prayer in ways you can see—or even in ways you may not yet fully understand—we would be overjoyed to hear your praise report. Your testimony could be a powerful encouragement to others walking a similar journey. If, however, you are still waiting and longing for this revelation, please know that we are here to continue praying with you. We encourage you to post this request again so we may persist in seeking the Lord on your behalf, trusting that He hears and will answer in His perfect timing.

May the Lord bless you abundantly as you draw near to Him, seeking His face through Jesus Christ. May your heart remain open to His voice, whether through dreams, His Word, or the still small whisper that follows. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
