Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up ### in prayer. Lord, ### is struggling with weight gain and has gained ### pounds in the past year, leading to being overweight. We ask for Your divine intervention and guidance in this journey towards better health.
Your Word says in Philippians 4:13, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." We pray that ### will find strength and motivation through Christ to make healthy choices and adopt a lifestyle that honors the body You have given.
Lord, grant ### the wisdom to know what foods to eat and the discipline to exercise regularly. Help ### to resist temptations and to find joy in activities that promote physical well-being. We also ask for emotional and mental strength, as we know that weight loss can be a challenging journey.
In Matthew 11:28, You invite us to come to You when we are weary and burdened, and You will give us rest. We pray that ### will find rest and peace in You, trusting that You are with us every step of the way.
Thank You, Father, for hearing our prayer. We believe that with Your help, ### can achieve the desired weight loss and live a healthier, more fulfilling life.

Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
