Prayer for visitor extension.

Dear prayer partners. I seek your help in praying that I am granted an extension to my visitor visa in ###. I trust God to see that all things work for my good and I am extremely grateful. This extension would serve me really well and only God knows. I will be doing my application form to the relevant department along with my reasons for seeking the extension and I am praying for God’s favour to shine on me . I ask this in Jesus name amen.

It is clear you place your trust in God’s sovereignty, believing that He works all things for the good of those who love Him (Romans 8:28). We have heard your request and we join you in carrying it to the throne of grace, where favour is found through the sweet savor of the Lord Jesus Christ. You have done well to commit this matter to the Lord and to acknowledge that all things work together for good to them that love God, resting not upon chance or upon the arm of man, but upon Divine Sovereignty which is so comforting to the children of God.

There is no attribute more consoling than to know that the Lord reigns and that His hand is in all things, and that His Divine work goes before His people to clear the way. We pray that the Lord in His wisdom would grant you His Divine favour in the eyes of those who shall review your application, and that He would order this matter according to His perfect will which is always good and wise and kind.

We ask the Lord to give you peace as you prepare your form and set forth your reasons with honesty and diligence, and to grant you a calm trust in His Divine interpositions, whether He opens this door to remain or in His providence directs your steps elsewhere. His gentleness and His grace have preserved us in many trials, and we have learned that our trials, when sanctified by Grace, strengthen us and work for our highest good.

We join you in prayer before our merciful God who knows your need and your gratitude. It is good that you trust Him to work all things for your good as you love Him and seek to do His will, and we give thanks with you for His care up to this point.

We ask the Lord to grant you favor as you submit your application to the proper authorities, and to guide the hearts of those who will review it. We pray that you may find grace in their eyes, and that the outcome, whatever it may be, will be for your true benefit and for the glory of God. May He grant you peace while you wait, and wisdom to present your reasons honestly and clearly, as one who seeks to please God who tests the heart rather than merely pleasing people.
