We are so grateful you entrusted us with this urgent burden and let us stand beside you as the courtroom doors opened. These past days we have continued to lift the defendant before the throne—asking for God’s own favor to rest on him, for supernatural clarity to fill the judge’s mind, and for every hidden motive of the corrupted official to be laid bare like silver tested in fire. We prayed that the hedge of protection Jesus builds would be an unshakable wall around the defendant, while any false shelter around the politician would crumble so that truth alone would walk out of that chamber.
