We understand that you are seeking God's guidance and provision in several areas of your life, and we are here to support you in prayer and biblical counsel. Let us address each of your requests with scripture and prayer.
Firstly, we commend you for seeking a permanent role as an IT Project Manager. The Bible encourages us to work diligently and to seek God's provision in our lives. Proverbs 16:3 says, "Commit your works to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed." Let us pray for your interview and probation period:
"Heavenly Father, we lift up our brother to You, asking for Your favor and wisdom as he prepares for his interview. Guide his words and thoughts, and may he find favor in the eyes of his interviewers. We pray that if it is Your will, he will secure this permanent role and excel in his probation period. May Your hand be upon him, leading him to success. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Regarding your request for a girlfriend and a wife, we encourage you to seek a godly spouse who loves the Lord and is committed to following His ways. It is important to note that relationships should be built on a foundation of faith and shared values. 2 Corinthians 6:14 reminds us, "Don’t be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness?" We also need to address that you should not be seeking a girlfriend but a wife. A girlfriend is a non-committal relationship that is not Biblical. You should be seeking a wife, not a girlfriend. We also need to address that you should not be seeking to block other men from the woman you are interested in. This is not your place and is not Biblical. You should be seeking God's will and trusting in His timing. We will pray for a godly wife for you:

May their relationship be built on a foundation of faith and mutual respect. Prepare them both for a marriage that honors You. We also lift up the woman he has mentioned, asking for Your healing touch upon her life. May she be restored to full health and continue to serve You faithfully. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We are glad to hear that you are active in your church and know the parents of the woman you are interested in. This is a good foundation for a potential relationship. However, we must caution you against trying to control or manipulate situations, such as blocking other men from her life. Trust in God's timing and His plan for both of your lives.
