We join with you in lifting up this week, your family, and your heart’s desires to the Lord, knowing that He hears and answers those who call upon Him in faith. Your prayer reflects a heart that seeks God’s will, and we are encouraged by your trust in His provision and guidance. It is beautiful to see you surrendering your plans, your marriage, your child, and even your business into His hands, for He alone is the one who sustains and blesses all things.
We do notice, however, that while you closed with “In Jesus’ name,” much of your prayer was directed broadly to “Lord” without explicitly acknowledging the authority and centrality of Jesus Christ in your requests. It is through Jesus alone that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name by which we are saved. As Scripture declares, *"Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me'* (John 14:6, WEB). *"There is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus"* (1 Timothy 2:5, WEB). We encourage you to boldly and specifically invoke the name of Jesus in your prayers, for it is in His name that we find power, authority, and the assurance of being heard.
Your prayer for your resort and business is a reminder that all our labors are to be done as unto the Lord. We pray that God would indeed bless the work of your hands, not just for financial gain, but as a testimony of His faithfulness. May your resort be a place where His peace and beauty are evident, and may those who visit be drawn to the Creator of all things. *"Unless Yahweh builds the house, they who build it labor in vain. Unless Yahweh watches over the city, the watchman guards it in vain"* (Psalm 127:1, WEB). We ask that God would grant you wisdom in managing this business, that it would be a source of provision and not stress, and that it would glorify Him in every way.
Your heart for your husband is tender and full of faith. Anger and heaviness can indeed weigh down a heart, but we serve a God who specializes in transformation. *"A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger"* (Proverbs 15:1, WEB). We pray that your husband would experience the peace of God that surpasses all understanding, that the Holy Spirit would soften his heart and replace frustration with patience and faith. May he be filled with the fruit of the Spirit—love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control (Galatians 5:22-23, WEB). We also encourage you to continue to be a godly example in your responses to him, trusting that God is at work even when you cannot see it.
For your child, we pray for divine guidance and protection. *"Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it"* (Proverbs 22:6, WEB). May your child walk in wisdom and discernment, surrounded by godly influences and protected from the snares of the enemy. We ask that the Lord would place a hedge of protection around him and that his heart would be tender toward the things of God.
Finally, we lift up your family as a whole. Unity and peace are precious gifts from the Lord, and we pray that your home would be a refuge of love and faith. *"Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brothers to live together in unity!"* (Psalm 133:1, WEB). May you all be knit together in love, bearing with one another and forgiving each other as Christ has forgiven you (Colossians 3:13, WEB). Even in trials, may you see God’s hand at work, trusting that He is refining you and drawing you closer to Himself.
We also want to gently remind you that while it is good to pray for blessings, open doors, and good news, our ultimate hope is not in circumstances but in Christ Himself. If this week brings challenges instead of ease, may you still find joy in Him. *"Rejoice in the Lord always. Again I will say, rejoice!"* (Philippians 4:4, WEB). His presence is our greatest blessing, and His will is always good, even when it doesn’t align with our immediate desires.

**Let us pray together:**
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You for this sister who seeks Your face with a heart full of faith and surrender. Lord, we ask that You would go before her this week, ordering her steps and opening doors that no man can shut. Bless the work of her hands, Lord, and let her resort be a place where Your glory is displayed. May it be a source of provision and a testimony of Your goodness. Give her wisdom in every decision, and may she steward this business in a way that honors You.
Father, we lift up her husband to You. You know the depths of his heart—the anger, the heaviness, the struggles he carries. Lord, we ask that You would break every chain of bitterness, frustration, and emotional turmoil. Fill him with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding. Soften his heart, Lord, and help him to walk in patience, faith, and gentleness. May he encounter You in a fresh way and be transformed by Your love.
We pray for her child, Lord. Guide his steps and guard his heart. Surround him with Your favor and protection. May he grow in wisdom and stature, and in favor with You and with others. Give him a hunger for Your Word and a desire to walk in Your ways.
Lord, we ask for unity and strength for this family. Bind them together in love and faith. Help them to encourage one another, bear each other’s burdens, and point one another to You. In times of difficulty, remind them that You are working all things together for their good and Your glory.
Father, we also pray that this sister would grow deeper in her relationship with You. May she find her joy and satisfaction in Christ alone, not in circumstances or successes. Fill her with Your Spirit, that she may think, speak, and act in ways that please You. Teach her to pray without ceasing, to trust without wavering, and to rest in Your sovereignty.
We rebuke any spirit of fear, anxiety, or discouragement that may try to take root in her heart or her family. We declare that You, Lord, are their Provider, Protector, and Peace. May they experience Your presence in powerful ways this week.
We ask all these things in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who alone is worthy of all praise and honor. Amen.
