Prayer for the truth to be revealed

Tyreuford

Disciple of Prayer
I currently have an issue with a coworker, but since she is a senior employee she easily managed to shift everything that she has been accused of to me as she is very close to the manager, director and even the human resources. I am now dealing with bullying, and judgement in our company. I ask for your prayers for the all the truth to be revealed to all of these people. She steals materials from the company and does side jobs from those materials she had stolen.

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation to Him in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Father God, we know that You are a God of justice and truth, and we ask that You would shine Your light into this darkness. We pray that every lie, deception, and false accusation would be exposed, and that the truth would be revealed to all involved, especially to the manager, director, and human resources. Lord, we ask that You would remove any blinders from their eyes so they may see the situation clearly, just as You see it.

The Bible tells us in Proverbs 12:17, "He who is truthful testifies honestly, but a false witness lies." We rebuke the spirit of deception and manipulation that has taken root in this workplace, and we declare that it will not stand. We also rebuke the sin of theft, as Your Word clearly states in Exodus 20:15, "You shall not steal." This coworker’s actions are not only unethical but are an offense against You, Lord. We pray that she would come to repentance and turn from this sin, seeking Your forgiveness and restoration.

We also lift up the one who has been wrongfully accused. Lord, we ask that You would be her shield and defender. Psalm 37:6 says, "He will make your righteousness shine like the dawn, your justice like the noonday sun." We pray that her integrity would be vindicated and that those who have judged her unfairly would see the truth. Give her strength, peace, and wisdom as she navigates this difficult season. Help her to respond with grace and humility, even in the face of injustice, remembering that You are her ultimate Judge.

Father, we also pray for this workplace. We ask that You would bring conviction where there is sin, repentance where there is wrongdoing, and restoration where there has been brokenness. If it is Your will, we pray that this coworker would be held accountable for her actions, not out of vengeance, but so that justice and righteousness would prevail. We also pray for the leadership in this company, that they would govern with wisdom, fairness, and discernment.

Lord, we know that You work all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28). Even in this trial, we trust that You are at work. We ask that You would use this situation to bring glory to Your name, to draw hearts closer to You, and to bring about Your perfect will.

In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

We hear the weight of this injustice and we’re standing with you in it. Being blamed for another’s wrongdoing, especially when that person has close ties to leadership, is deeply discouraging, and the bullying on top of it only adds to the hurt. It’s so understandable to feel trapped when the usual channels seem closed.

One truth we hold onto is that the Holy Spirit is the Spirit of truth, and he works in ways we cannot see. He can bring hidden things to light, even when systems seem stacked against fairness. That doesn’t always happen on our timetable, but we can trust that God sees everything. Your reputation and your integrity are not hidden from him.

In the meantime, a practical step that may help is to quietly keep your own factual record, dates, specific incidents, any witnesses, not to fuel bitterness, but to have an honest account if God opens a door. If there’s someone outside this tight workplace circle you can trust, like a wise friend or a pastor, we’d encourage you to share the burden. You don’t have to walk through this alone.

We pray now:

Father, you know every detail of this situation, the stolen materials, the false blame, the isolation. We ask you to reveal the truth clearly to all who need to see it. Protect this one from the sting of bullying and the weariness of being judged unfairly. Give calm wisdom and the courage to take each next right step. We trust you to be their defender, and we ask for your peace to guard their heart and mind, in Jesus’ name. Amen.

I wouldnt put my job in jeopardy to protect the company from an employee they rather keep than you. In work settings they side with people they know and trust. You'd be putting your job at risk just to expose someone else. This same exact thing happened to me. It was like a magic shield. The employee could do anything wrong and not get caught. Just be careful and let it go. Intil your on your best standing with company you cant fire back on her. Play the waiting game. Earn a top position. Then hit her.

Always pray and worship God and put God first in every situation you did well to request guidance and council. May Lord Yeshua and heavenly Father prosper your way. Only give time and attention and prayer to the Lord daily.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

God, please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Truth will out, my friend, though it tarry long; it is an everlasting fabric that no human hand can dismantle. The Lord appeared of old unto me, saying, “I have loved thee with an everlasting love,” and that unalloyed love is your shield. The schemes of seniority, the whispers that misrepresent you, these are but a vapor before the God who sees in secret. He knows the theft of materials, the side-jobs wrought from stolen gain; nothing is hid from His all-searching eye. Let this truth banish your fear of man: why should you be afraid of a colleague who shall fade, or a manager who is but dust? The Most High is your portion.

Yet, while you wait for justice, take care that your own standing is founded upon true rock, not self-justification. It is easy in such trials to fashion a righteousness of our own, to bristle with defense and paint ourselves pure while nursing a root of bitterness. False words have we never spoken? Compliments that cloak resentment? The heart is deceitful above all things. Instead, buy the truth, doctrinal, yes, but practical too: let your actions be consistent, straightforward, free from all guile. Lay your case before the Lord with open hands, not clenched fists. His truth washes away what is false in us, even the stain of vindictiveness.

Remember, the war of truth is not waged against flesh and blood. The enemy would push you to despair or to a carnal frenzy; both are sparks from the pit. But God has not straitened the Spirit. The same power that rode forth with apostolic words can ride into your workplace and unseat injustice. Pray for the Holy Spirit to bare the hidden things of darkness, and then leave the matter with Him. He knows the precise hour to vindicate, and it often comes when we are most emptied of our own plotting. The truth is in Christ’s blood to cover you, and in His Spirit to guide you; your vindication may be slow, but it will be sweeter for the waiting, a deliverance where you shall sit down with glad tears and say, “What a God He is!”

Stand, then, valiant for God’s truth, but do so with the weapons of light, patience, prayer, and that gentle boldness which comes from knowing you are the object of the intense delight of the Host High. Do not mope and moan as one without hope, for that reflects small credit upon your religion. Let them say what they will; the Lord’s love is clearly revealed even in this furnace. The arrow of Divine truth will find its mark in His time.

Nothing is covered that shall not be revealed, nor hid that shall not be known. When your coworker shifts her wrongdoing onto you and hides her theft, she may seem to succeed for a season, but the truth has a voice that time will make louder than a trumpet. The schemes that prosper in darkness will be brought into light, and those who now accuse you falsely will be shown to be liars, while your patient endurance will shine like the noonday.

Do not let this injustice provoke you to return evil for evil. If you speak rashly against her, even if the charges be true, you wound your own soul. The Scripture warns that for every idle word we shall give an account. It is better to be wronged than to become a slanderer yourself. Flee from the darkness of bitterness, and do not obey unrighteousness by letting your heart be ruled by anger. Why do you marvel that she cleverly manipulates those in authority? The envious and deceitful have always feigned innocence while plotting against others. This is the madness of those who love gain more than righteousness.

Consider also what you truly possess. If you despise the money and material things that she steals, you are already richer than she. The one who is mastered by greed is in constant anxiety, rivalry, and fear of accusation; but the one who seeks only what is heavenly is freed from such chains. She carries the burden of her theft; you, if you hold fast to integrity, walk in liberty. Let that be your consolation.

If you have clear evidence of her stealing and deceitful side jobs, bring it forward soberly, according to the ancient law that requires two or three witnesses. But do so not with venom, but with a desire to correct what is broken and to protect others. If human authorities fail because of favoritism, do not despair. The Judge of all the earth shall do right. He sees what is done in secret, and His judgment cannot be corrupted.

In the meantime, pour out your complaint before God, and let the assembly of the faithful uphold you. Where two or three are gathered in His name, He is present. Trust Him to defend your cause, and ask not only that the truth be exposed, but that your own spirit remain gentle and blameless. Let your conduct be so excellent that when the truth is finally made manifest, your enemies will be put to shame by your patience, and you will receive the reward of those who suffer for righteousness’ sake.

I am thankful for all the prayers and advice that i have received through this forum.

It has been an eye opener for me.
I have reaced that point where I wanted to retaliate to return everything that what she did or what she said and do, but this forum and the people in here gave me a clear advice to not give evil for evil.

I have tried so hard to control myself from acting for revenge. I was at the point that I am already willing to give everything I have just for revenge. And then I happen to stumble upon this website just as I am on the tip of the thread, I asked God to help me as I don't want to bring myself to her level.

I admit there are times that I cannot hear God's voice clearly. But just as I am on my lowest and I call out to Him, He is always there. Always.

Being in my lowest now reminded me how God has always been protecting me. It may not be a smooth path that I am walking, but He never fails to keep me safe.

Now, I lift up everything to Him. I know He will never leave me. I know He will answer my prayers not with a yes or a no, but by reminding me the He got this. Just trust Him.
