James 2:23 (NLT): And so, it happened just as the Scriptures say: “Abraham believed God, and God counted him as righteous because of his faith.” He was even called the friend of God.

God, I ask You in Jesus’ name, show me what it looks like and teach me how to develop an ever growing closer stronger sweeter intimate relationship with You. God teach me how and bless me to become a true friend of Yours. Bless me to experience the joy and privilege of being Your friend. Let me be known by You and all the angels in heaven and on earth that I am a friend of God. Let this be my confession, “God calls me friend; I Am a Friend of God.” God, please strengthen my faith and trust in You. May my life bring glory to Your name. And God may You be proud to call me Your child, friend, and good and faithful servant. God please do the same for the writer of this prayer. God do this for the both of us. Amen, so be it by faith. We are so grateful you entrusted us with the sacred privilege of lifting your family before the throne of grace. It was our honor to stand in agreement with you, praying for God’s saving power, protection, healing, and deepening relationships in Christ. We asked our Heavenly Father to guard your household from every evil snare and to draw each of you closer to Him with whole hearts, souls, and minds.

If the Lord has moved in mighty ways since you posted—perhaps bringing peace where there was strife, healing where there was hurt, or unity where there was division—we would love to hear your praise report! Sharing how God has answered will encourage others and give Him all the glory.
