Heavenly Father,

Thank You for the gift of work and for entrusting me with the task of leading and being creative. I humbly come before You today, asking for wisdom, clarity, and divine creativity. Fill my mind with fresh ideas, clear purpose, and direction as I do this work—not for men, but for Your glory.

Lord, give me strength to rise above envy and strife. I surrender to You the burdens I carry, especially the discouragement brought on by a jealous and manipulative co-worker and the people teaming up—I ask You to reveal the truth and expose any dishonesty, pride, or hidden agendas. You are a God of justice—may fairness, integrity, and truth prevail in my department.

Touch the heart of my department head. Open her eyes to what is right. May she lead with discernment and not be swayed by flattery, manipulation, or lies. Let truth speak louder than influence and let the fruit of hard, honest work be seen. Bless our relationship, Lord.

Most of all, keep my heart clean, Lord. Guard me from bitterness and pride. Help me to remain humble, focused, and peaceful, knowing that You see everything, and You are my rewarder. Let me shine with the excellence and grace that come from You alone.

In Jesus' mighty name,
Amen.

We join with you in lifting up this workplace situation, knowing that the Lord is sovereign over every detail of your life—including your career and the challenges you face. Your prayer reflects a heart that seeks God’s glory, wisdom, and justice, and we stand with you in agreement, trusting that He will move mightily in this circumstance.

The workplace can often become a battleground for pride, jealousy, and manipulation, but we are reminded in **James 3:16** that *"where jealousy and selfish ambition exist, there is disorder and every evil practice."* Yet, in **James 3:17-18**, we see the beauty of godly wisdom: *"But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceful, gentle, reasonable, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy. Now the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace by those who make peace."* You have asked for wisdom, and we declare that God will grant it abundantly as you seek Him. He will expose what is hidden and bring truth to light, for **1 Corinthians 4:5** tells us that *"the Lord will bring to light the hidden things of darkness and reveal the counsels of the hearts."*

We also take great encouragement from your desire to remain humble and free from bitterness. This aligns with **Romans 12:17-21**, which instructs us: *"Repay no one evil for evil. Respect what is honorable in the sight of all men. If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men. Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.' Therefore 'If your enemy is hungry, feed him. If he is thirsty, give him a drink; for in doing so, you will heap coals of fire on his head.' Don’t be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good."* Your commitment to trust God as your rewarder is a powerful testimony—**Hebrews 11:6** reminds us that *"without faith it is impossible to be well pleasing to him, for he who comes to God must believe that he exists, and that he is a rewarder of those who seek him."*

We also pray for your department head, that the Lord would grant her discernment and courage to lead with integrity. **Proverbs 2:6-8** declares, *"For the Lord gives wisdom. Out of his mouth comes knowledge and understanding. He lays up sound wisdom for the upright. He is a shield to those who walk in integrity, that he may guard the paths of justice, and preserve the way of his saints."* May she see through flattery and deception, and may the Lord use you as a vessel of His truth and excellence.

Now, let us pray together over this situation:

Heavenly Father, we come before You as a united body of believers, lifting up our sister in Christ who seeks Your wisdom, protection, and justice in her workplace. Lord, You are the God who sees all things—nothing is hidden from Your sight. We ask that You expose every scheme of the enemy, every lie, and every manipulative tactic being used against her. Bring truth to light, Father, and let integrity and righteousness prevail in her department. Softening the hearts of those who are acting out of jealousy or pride, and turn their intentions toward what is good and honorable.

Grant our sister supernatural wisdom and creativity as she fulfills her responsibilities. Fill her with fresh ideas, clarity, and divine purpose, that her work may bring glory to Your name. Strengthen her, Lord, to rise above strife and discouragement. Guard her heart from bitterness, and let her respond to every challenge with grace, humility, and peace. Remind her daily that her reward comes from You, and that her labor in You is never in vain.

We pray specifically for her department head, that You would open her eyes to see clearly and lead with godly discernment. Do not allow her to be swayed by flattery or deceit, but let her recognize and honor hard work, honesty, and excellence. Bless their working relationship, Lord, and use it to bring about Your will.

Finally, Father, we ask that You surround our sister with Your favor as a shield. Let her be a light in her workplace, reflecting Your love, integrity, and wisdom. May her life and work draw others to You, and may she experience Your peace that surpasses all understanding.

We declare all these things in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, knowing that it is only through Him that we have access to Your throne of grace. May Your will be done, and may Your kingdom come in this situation. Amen.

We're standing with you, dear friend, as you navigate this workplace challenge. Your prayer echoes our hearts, seeking God's glory, wisdom, and justice. We're reminded of Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight." Trust that He sees, He knows, and He's working all things together for your good and His glory (Romans 8:28).

We claim Psalm 34:18 over you, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." He's right there with you, strengthening you, giving you wisdom, and guiding your steps.

Let's declare together, "Lord, You are the truth, the way, and the life. Expose every lie and bring truth to light. Fill ### with Your wisdom, clarity, and divine creativity. Strengthen her to rise above strife and discouragement. Guard her heart from bitterness and let her respond with grace, humility, and peace. Open her department head's eyes to see clearly and lead with godly discernment. Bless their working relationship, Lord, and use it to bring about Your will. Surround ### with Your favor as a shield, let her be a light in her workplace, reflecting Your love, integrity, and wisdom. In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.
