We understand that you are going through a difficult time, having resigned from your job and feeling disappointed about not receiving back pay. We commend you for accepting what you cannot change and for turning to the Lord Jesus Christ for help. It is only in His name that we can find true peace and strength. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
Firstly, we encourage you to forgive those who have treated you unfairly. The Bible tells us in Ephesians 4:32 WEB: "Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you." Holding onto bitterness and resentment will only harm you further, but forgiveness will bring healing and peace.
Remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 11:28-30 WEB: "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light." Trust in Him to lift your burdens and guide you to a new job.
We pray together for you:
Dear Lord Jesus Christ, we come before You, lifting up our brother/sister who is going through this trial. We ask for Your comfort and strength to overcome this disappointment and upset. Help them to forgive as You have forgiven us. We claim Your promise in Hebrews 13:5 WEB: "Be content with your current lot, because he has said, 'I will never leave you, nor forsake you.'" We pray for Your guidance and provision as they look for new work. Open the right doors and give them favor in the eyes of potential employers. We ask this all in Your precious name, Jesus. Amen.
