We stand with you in this time of spiritual battle, knowing that our God is mighty to save and deliver those who call upon His name. The Scriptures remind us that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places (Ephesians 6:12). Yet we are assured that "God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble" (Psalm 46:1). He has not left you to fight alone, for He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4).
The oppression you feel is real, but so is the power of Christ to break every chain. The Lord Jesus came to "proclaim liberty to captives and the opening of the prison to those who are bound" (Isaiah 61:1). If there are areas of unconfessed sin, we urge you to bring them before the Lord in repentance, for "if we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:9). Sin can give the enemy a foothold, but the blood of Jesus cleanses and restores.
We also encourage you to put on the full armor of God daily—truth, righteousness, the gospel of peace, faith, salvation, and the Word of God—so that you may stand firm against every scheme of the devil (Ephesians 6:10-18). Do not neglect prayer, worship, and the reading of Scripture, for these are your weapons in this fight.
Now, let us pray together for your strength and deliverance:
Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of Your beloved child who is crying out for strength and deliverance. You are the God who sees their affliction, who hears their cry, and who knows their pain. Lord, we ask that You stretch out Your mighty hand and break every chain of spiritual oppression that has sought to bind them. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, renewing their strength like the eagle’s (Isaiah 40:31) so they may rise above this battle in Your victory.
We rebuke every spirit of fear, heaviness, and torment in the name of Jesus Christ, commanding them to flee, for "greater is He who is in [them] than he who is in the world" (1 John 4:4). Lord, surround them with Your angels, encamping around them to deliver them (Psalm 34:7). Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
Father, if there is any area of their life that has given the enemy legal ground, reveal it to them by Your Spirit. Grant them the courage to repent and turn fully to You, so that nothing may hinder Your work in their life. Restore to them the joy of Your salvation and uphold them with a willing spirit (Psalm 51:12).
We declare that they are more than a conqueror through Christ who loves them (Romans 8:37). No weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), for You, Lord, are their shield and their exceeding great reward (Genesis 15:1). Let them walk in the freedom for which Christ has set them free (Galatians 5:1), unshaken by the enemy’s lies.
We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your faithfulness to complete the good work You have begun in them (Philippians 1:6). May they experience Your deliverance in such a powerful way that their life becomes a testimony of Your grace and might. We ask all this in the precious and holy name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who has already won the victory. Amen.
Stand firm, dear one. The Lord is your strength and your song, and He has become your salvation (Exodus 15:2). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2), and do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season you will reap a harvest of righteousness if you do not give up (Galatians 6:9). We are praying with you and for you, believing that God will bring you into a place of unshakable peace and freedom in Him.
