Beloved of All
Heavenly Father, in the mighty name of Jesus, awaken my spirit and deliver me from prayerlessness, spiritual laziness, distraction, and discouragement. Give me a deep hunger for Your presence and discipline to seek You daily. Strengthen me to stand firm against every spiritual attack, fear, confusion, temptation, and opposition. Cover my life, family, calling, career, and future with Your protection. Fill me with the Holy Spirit, wisdom, courage, and discernment. Teach me to pray without ceasing and to trust You completely. “Pray without ceasing.” — 1 Thessalonians 5:17. Amen.

We join you in this powerful and needed prayer and we stand with you in agreement for awakening, discipline, and strength in spiritual warfare. Your cry for deliverance from prayerlessness, spiritual laziness, distraction and discouragement is one that the Lord honors, for He desires that we hunger and thirst for righteousness and seek Him with our whole heart.

We are reminded that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places Ephesians 6:12. For this reason we are called to put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil Ephesians 6:11 and to be sober and self-controlled and watchful, because your adversary, the devil, walks around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour 1 Peter 5:8. Yet we do not fight in our own strength, for God didn't give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control 2 Timothy 1:7 and we are promised that if we submit therefore to God and resist the devil, he will flee from you James 4:7.

We pray together for you in the mighty name of Jesus.

Heavenly Father, in the mighty name of Jesus we come before Your throne of grace and we lift up this dear one to You. Lord awaken their spirit and deliver them from every weight of prayerlessness, laziness, distraction and discouragement. Kindle within them a deep and abiding hunger for Your presence and grant them holy discipline to seek You daily in the secret place. Strengthen them to stand firm against every spiritual attack, against fear and confusion, against temptation and opposition. Cover their life, their family, their calling, their career and their future with Your divine protection and let no weapon formed against them prosper. Fill them anew with Your Holy Spirit, with wisdom and courage and discernment, that they may walk in Your truth and know Your will. Teach them to pray without ceasing 1 Thessalonians 5:17 and to trust You completely in every season, knowing that You are faithful to keep them. We declare that they are more than conquerors through Him who loved us and that the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds 2 Corinthians 10:4. Let Your joy be their strength and Your peace guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus. In Jesus name we pray, Amen.

We encourage you to remain steadfast in the Word and in prayer, for this is how we remain strong and watchful. Make a daily appointed time to be in Scripture and in prayer, even when you do not feel like it, for discipline grows into delight as the Holy Spirit renews your hunger. Rejoice in hope, endure in oppression, persevere in prayer Romans 12:12. Keep putting on the armor daily through truth, righteousness, the gospel of peace, faith, salvation and the Word of God, and keep praying at all times in the Spirit. The Lord who has begun this good work in you will be faithful to complete it and to keep you standing firm until the day of Christ.

Dear Heavenly Father, please help this person with their struggles. They are going through a season of testing and need help from you, in Jesus name, amen!

We hear your desire to stay close to God and to stand steady when you feel distracted or discouraged. Wanting a deeper hunger for His presence and the discipline to seek Him daily is a good and honest prayer, and we are grateful you shared it with us.

One thing that has helped many believers is to think of this less as trying harder in a moment and more as training over time, like preparing for a long race. Even small, regular steps add up. God forms us gradually as we keep showing up, and He is patient with us as works in progress.

If it helps, you might choose one simple, doable rhythm for this week rather than trying to change everything at once. For example, setting aside the same ten minutes each morning in a quiet spot to be still before the Lord, perhaps with a brief prayer and a short reading, and letting that be your training ground. Consistency in a small thing often steadies us more than intensity we cannot sustain. We also find it helps to walk this out with another believer who can pray with you and encourage you.

Father, we lift them to You in Jesus' name. Awaken delight for Your presence, quiet distraction and fear, and guard their life, family, calling and future under Your care. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, grant wisdom and courage and discernment for each day, and teach them to walk closely with You. Amen.

Your prayer is a right and needful one, and the very hunger you express is itself a token of grace at work within you. For it is written, Blessed are they that hunger and thirst after righteousness, for they shall be filled, and I hear in your longing a sound of abundance of rain.

You confess prayerlessness, spiritual laziness, distraction and discouragement. Do not let your feelings fly in the teeth of God's promises, but hope on. Though your case feels sad, it is not strange, and there is hope for you. Our Lord Jesus knows the assaults of the adversary, and He has said, I have prayed for you, that your faith fail not. His intercession is prevalent, for if Jesus pleads He must prevail, and it is prevenient, for before the temptation comes He has already prayed. Tempt at your worst, there is no fear when this glorious shield of gold, the intercession of the Saviour, covers the poor attacked one. Satan may obtain permission to sift you, but Christ has already secured that you shall stand.

You ask for strength to stand firm against every spiritual attack, fear, confusion, temptation and opposition. Remember that you wrestle not against flesh and blood, and therefore you must put on the whole armour of God and agonize in prayer. Prayer is always good, it is always a blessed thing, and the God of peace will be with you as you seek Him. He daily loadeth us with benefits, and it is not so much that He loads us as that He lifts our load for us and bears it for us. He will daily bear your burden, your cares for family, calling, career and future, and though you walk through the valley of the shadow of death, you may fear no evil, for He is with you. His rod and His staff shall comfort you.

Therefore labour for this, every day. Give yourself to discipline in seeking Him, not in your own strength, but in the power of the Holy Spirit whom you have asked to fill you with wisdom, courage and discernment. Pray without ceasing, as the apostle exhorts. This does not mean always upon your knees, but always in a prayerful spirit, looking up to Him in the shop and in the field, in joy and in trial, laying a finger on your lips before profane persons, but pouring out your heart freely before your Father who hears in secret.

Let us pray for you now. O Lord, hear this Your servant who desires to stand firm in the day of battle. Awaken the spirit within, and deliver from all sloth and distraction. Kindle a deep hunger for Your presence and grant holy discipline to seek You daily in Your Word and in prayer. Cover this life, and family, and calling, and career, and future with Your protecting hand. Fill with Your Holy Spirit, and grant wisdom to discern the wiles of the enemy, and courage to resist him steadfast in the faith. Teach to pray without ceasing and to trust You completely, for You are faithful who has promised, and You will do it. Cause Your face to shine upon Your servant, and let Your power be set in motion through believing prayer, for Your glory and for good. We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus, who ever lives to make intercession for us. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your longing to seek God daily and to stand firm against spiritual attack is itself evidence of His grace at work in you, and we join you in bringing this request before the Lord.

We pray that God will awaken your spirit, deliver you from prayerlessness, spiritual laziness, distraction and discouragement, and give you a deep and steady hunger for His presence with discipline to seek Him each day. Scripture calls us to pray without ceasing, and God often lengthens our prayer and even permits temptation and trial not to harm us but to draw us to Himself. As loving parents use fear to draw their children to their arms, so God allows these pressures so that we will flee to Him for refuge and learn to abide there. Therefore persevere in prayer. Though you do not receive at once, continue to ask, and when you do receive, give thanks. He does not delay because He is unwilling to give, but to teach us to persevere.

We also ask that He strengthen you to stand firm against every attack, against fear, confusion and temptation. Do not throw yourself needlessly into dangers, but when trials come, bear them nobly in Christ. Remember the promise that no temptation has taken you but such as is common to man, and God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it. When God is for us and Christ intercedes for us, we need not fear what man or the enemy can do.

May the Lord cover your life, family, calling, career and future with His protection, and fill you with the Holy Spirit, with wisdom, courage and discernment. May He teach you to pray continually and to trust Him completely.

Heavenly Father, in the mighty name of Jesus we lift up this heart to You. Pour out a hunger for Your presence, establish faithful discipline in prayer, guard against every scheme of the enemy, and grant strength to stand firm. Fill this life with Your Holy Spirit, grant wisdom and courage, and lead in Your perfect protection and peace. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, who justifies us and intercedes for us. Amen.
