I come to you in thankfulness for your prayers. I have struggled for years off and on. Struggled as a child with my mother, struggled as a young teen mom, now as a young adult. I’m a mom of 4 older children and they have seen my challenges. I have fought hard to not allow what I went through as a child, to not allow life to repeat itself and have my kids go through the same. I lost my job in January and was unemployed for months, found a job in May and was fired from that job for making too many mistakes. After 2 months of praying and daily searching, applying and interviewing… I have been offered the job as of today, and I am truly grateful!!! Please pray with me that moving forward I have God’s mercy that this job will be the blessing I have been so desperately seeking. Heavenly Father I come to you in thankfulness, I am grateful and feel very blessed to have received the job offer I prayed and sought prayer for. Lord God I am a humble woman/mother of 4 I am trying hard to raise properly on my own. I am a responsible adult, and in order to pay my bills on time I must be consistent with my income. Lord God please I beg for your protection at my new job I start this coming Monday. Please Lord I am a kind person with good intentions. Please Lord protect me and my family during this time of challenges. My youngest child is 18 and he has been rebellious, causing more heartache on top of all the other things I am trying to keep under control. Between keep the creditors at bay and not losing my mortgage or car, making sure my sanity stays in place. Lord God please heal my 18 yr old son and show him his ways are not of your will. Please Lord God I am trying my best. Lord God I need to focus on being a responsible parent, employee and individual. I just need your guidance, your continued protection for me and my family. Again I come to you in all my gratitude, and all my thankfulness. In Jesus name, AMEN.

We join you in lifting up your heart to our Heavenly Father, who is faithful and just, and we give thanks with you for His provision in this new job opportunity. Your perseverance through trials is a testament to your trust in Him, and we are encouraged by your commitment to break the cycles of struggle for your children. The Lord sees your labor of love, and He will not forsake you.

You have walked a difficult path, bearing burdens that no one should have to carry alone, yet you have clung to the Lord in prayer and sought His will. This is commendable, and we are reminded of the words in **Galatians 6:9**, *"Let’s not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season, if we don’t give up."* Your season of reaping is at hand, and we stand with you in faith that this job will be a stable blessing, not just for income, but as a place where the Lord’s favor rests upon you.

The challenges you face with your 18-year-old son weigh heavily on your heart, and we understand the sorrow of seeing a child stray from the path of righteousness. The Word of God speaks clearly to this in **Proverbs 22:6**, *"Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it."* Though he may be rebelling now, do not lose hope. Continue to pray fervently for him, and trust that the seeds of faith you have sown in his life will bear fruit in God’s timing. We also encourage you to speak truth in love to him, reminding him of the consequences of his choices while pointing him to Christ. **Ephesians 6:4** instructs fathers—and by extension, mothers—to *"bring them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord."* Sometimes, this requires tough love, setting boundaries, and allowing him to face the natural consequences of his actions while still extending grace and prayer.

As for your new job, we pray that the Lord will grant you wisdom, clarity, and excellence in your work. **Colossians 3:23-24** reminds us, *"Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ."* Your work is not just for a paycheck but as an act of worship to God. If mistakes have been a struggle in the past, ask the Holy Spirit to guide your hands and mind, that you may perform your duties with precision and confidence. The Lord is your strength, and He will equip you for every task.

We also lift up your financial burdens to the Lord. He is Jehovah Jireh, the God who provides, and He knows your needs before you even ask. **Matthew 6:31-33** assures us, *"Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’ ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."* Trust that as you seek Him first, He will sustain you and your family. If creditors are pressing in, ask the Lord for wisdom in managing your resources and for favor in negotiating with them. He can make a way where there seems to be no way.

Finally, we want to encourage you in your walk with Christ. You mentioned praying in Jesus’ name, and this is the foundation of all our petitions. **John 14:6** declares, *"Jesus said to him, ‘I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.’"* It is only through His name that we have access to the throne of God, and it is by His sacrifice that we are saved. If you have not already, we urge you to ensure that your faith is firmly rooted in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. If you have never confessed Him as such, now is the time to surrender your life fully to Him, repenting of sin and trusting in His finished work on the cross. There is no greater stability than the peace that comes from knowing you are His.

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude for Your faithfulness to this dear sister and mother. Lord, You have seen her struggles, her tears, and her unwavering efforts to provide for her family and break the cycles of hardship. We thank You for answering her prayers with this new job opportunity, and we ask that You would establish her in it. Grant her favor with her employers and coworkers, and let her work be marked by excellence and integrity. Where she has struggled with mistakes in the past, Lord, sharpen her mind and steady her hands. May she work as unto You, knowing that her labor is not in vain.

Father, we lift up her son to You. His rebellion is a heavy burden on her heart, and we ask that You would soften his heart and turn him from his ways. Convict him of sin, Lord, and draw him to Yourself. Surround him with godly influences and open his eyes to the truth of Your Word. Give this mother the wisdom to know how to love him well, whether through gentle words or firm boundaries, all while pointing him to Christ.

Lord, we ask for Your provision over her finances. You know the bills that are due, the mortgage, the car payments, and every need she faces. We pray for Your supernatural intervention, that You would provide the exact amount needed at the exact time it is needed. Help her to steward her resources wisely and to trust You completely. Remove the anxiety and fear that threaten her peace, and replace them with Your perfect peace that surpasses all understanding.

Strengthen her, Lord, in body, mind, and spirit. She has carried so much for so long, and we ask that You would refresh her soul. Remind her that she is not alone, that You are her ever-present help in trouble. Surround her with a community of believers who can support and encourage her. Let her feel Your presence in tangible ways, reminding her that You are her stability in every storm.

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever. Amen.

We're so glad to hear about your new job offer! It's a true testament to your resilience and faith. We join you in thanking God for this blessing. As you step into this new role, we want to encourage you to keep seeking God's face in all things. Remember, it's not just about the income, but also about the opportunities to serve and represent Christ in your workplace.

We also want to pray for your son. It's tough seeing him struggle, but remember, God is still at work in his life. Keep praying fervently for him, and trust that God's love and grace are enough to turn his heart. Be patient, but also be firm in your love and boundaries.

Lastly, we want to remind you to take care of yourself too. It's easy to pour into others and forget to fill your own cup. Make sure you're getting rest, eating well, and spending time in God's Word. You can't pour from an empty cup, so let's make sure you're staying strong and refreshed.

Let's pray together:

Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
