Please pray for my son and I. Matt has been addicted to drugs for 6 years. He seems sincere that he really wants to change his life and he's enlisted in the military. He leaves in March. Please pray that he will find strength to stay drug free. Pleae pray that he will find a Christian support friend in the military. Please pray that I can keep letting go. Please pray that I will find peace that God is in Control and I am not.

Dear Lord, we pray to You in the name of Your Son, Jesus Christ, who ministered to all who came to Him. Give Your strength to Matt, one of Your children, enfold him in Your love and restore him to the freedom of Your children. Lord, look with compassion on Matt who have lost his health and freedom. Restore to him the assurance of Your unfailing mercy, strengthen him in the work of recovery, and help him to resist all temptation.

To his mother, Grace, who cares for him, grant patience and understanding and a love that perseveres. In Jesus' name. Amen.

Dear Lord,

Please help Matt find his way to a clean life and protect from the evils of addiction and the dangers of being in the military. Give his mother the strength she needs to get through this difficult time.

Amen
