We hear your weariness and frustration, and we stand with you in bringing this burden before our Heavenly Father. It is deeply troubling to feel watched or targeted, especially when you have chosen the path of forgiveness and moved forward in peace. The Lord sees your heart, and He knows the injustice you have endured. Forgiveness is a powerful act of obedience to God, and it releases you from the bondage of bitterness, even when others refuse to let go. As it is written in Ephesians 4:31-32, "Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you."
The persistence of this situation may feel like a weight you were never meant to carry, but we must remember that the enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10). If there are those who are being used to monitor or harass you, it is not of God, and we must rebuke this spirit of oppression in the name of Jesus. You have already taken the higher road by forgiving, and now we ask the Lord to shield you from further harassment and to expose any unrighteousness at work. Proverbs 26:2 says, "Like a fluttering sparrow, like a darting swallow, so the undeserved curse doesn’t come to rest." Their efforts to disrupt your peace will not prosper if they are not rooted in truth or justice.
We also encourage you to examine whether there may be any open doors in your life that could be giving the enemy a foothold. Have you fully released this situation to God, or is there still a part of you holding onto the past? Unforgiveness, even in small measures, can leave room for the enemy to operate. As Hebrews 12:15 warns, "Looking carefully lest there be any man who falls short of the grace of God, lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and many be defiled by it." We pray that the Lord would reveal anything in your heart that needs to be surrendered completely to Him.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister who has endured this prolonged harassment. Lord, You see the weariness in their heart and the injustice they have faced. We thank You that they have chosen forgiveness, and we ask that You would bless them for their obedience to Your Word. Father, we rebuke every spirit of oppression, surveillance, and harassment that has been directed toward them. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we ask that You would expose any unrighteousness at work in this situation.
Lord, we pray for wisdom and discernment for our brother/sister. Give them the strength to walk in peace, knowing that You are their defender. If there are any areas in their life where the enemy has gained access, reveal them and help them to close those doors through repentance and surrender. We ask that You would surround them with Your hedge of protection (Job 1:10) and fill their heart with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).
Father, we also pray for those who are perpetuating this harassment. Soften their hearts, Lord, and open their eyes to the truth. If they are acting out of malice or greed, convict them of their sin and lead them to repentance. We ask that You would bring an end to this cycle of oppression and restore justice where it is needed.
Above all, Lord, we ask that You would be glorified in this situation. Let Your light shine in the darkness, and may Your name be praised through the way our brother/sister walks through this trial. We trust in Your sovereignty and Your perfect timing. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue standing firm in your faith, knowing that God is your refuge and strength (Psalm 46:1). The enemy may seek to wear you down, but greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2), and trust that He will bring this situation to a close in His perfect way. If you have not already, consider seeking godly counsel or fellowship with believers who can stand with you in prayer and support. You are not alone in this battle.
