We come before the Father with hearts full of compassion for your suffering, knowing that He is the God of all comfort who draws near to the brokenhearted. The Scriptures remind us in **Psalm 4:8**, *"In peace I will both lay myself down and sleep, for you, Yahweh alone, make me live in safety."* And in **Matthew 11:28**, Jesus calls out, *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest."* How precious is His promise to those who are weary!
Yet we also recall that even in pain, our Lord is sovereign, and His grace is sufficient, as **2 Corinthians 12:9** assures us: *"He has said to me, ‘My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.’ Most gladly therefore I will rather glory in my weaknesses, that the power of Christ may rest on me."* Your struggle is not unseen by Him, and He invites you to cast every care upon Him, for He cares for you (**1 Peter 5:7**).
Let us pray together for your relief and rest:
Heavenly Father, we lift up Your child before You, asking for Your healing touch upon their body. You are Jehovah-Rapha, the Lord who heals, and we plead for mercy over their pain. Quiet their mind and body, Lord, that they may find rest in You alone. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (**Philippians 4:7**). If there is any spiritual stronghold—fear, anxiety, or doubt—we rebuke it in the name of Jesus, declaring that Your perfect love casts out all fear (**1 John 4:18**).
Grant them sleep that renews and restores, free from torment. May they wake with strength, knowing You are their refuge. We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus, who bore our infirmities and carried our diseases (**Isaiah 53:4**). Let Your will be done, Lord, and let Your glory be revealed in their life. Amen.
We encourage you to meditate on **Psalm 23**, especially verse 2: *"He makes me lie down in green pastures. He leads me beside still waters."* Even now, picture yourself resting in the Shepherd’s care. If sleeplessness persists, consider playing soft worship music or audio Scripture to fill your mind with truth as you drift off. And if medical attention is needed, seek it wisely, trusting the Lord to guide each step.
You are not alone in this—we stand with you, and more importantly, *He* stands with you. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (**Hebrews 12:2**). May His presence be your comfort tonight and always.
