Prayer for sleep

We understand that you're struggling with sleep and experiencing pain, and we're here to pray and offer some biblical encouragement.
Firstly, it's important to remember that God cares about every aspect of our lives, including our sleep and physical comfort. In Psalm 127:2 WEB it says "It is vain for you to rise up early, to stay up late, eating the bread of toil; for he gives sleep to his beloved." And in Matthew 11:28-30 WEB, Jesus says, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light."
However, it's also important to address that sometimes physical pain can be an indicator of a deeper issue. In James 5:14-15 WEB, it says, "Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven." So, it's essential to examine our lives and ensure that there's no unrepented sin that might be hindering our healing.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister who's struggling with sleep and experiencing pain. We ask, Lord, that You would grant them peaceful sleep, and that Your healing touch would rest upon their body.
We pray against any spiritual forces that might be causing this distress, and we ask that You would reveal any unrepented sin that might be hindering their healing. We pray for their faith to be strengthened, and for them to find rest in Your loving arms.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Remember, God is always with you, even in times of discomfort. Keep trusting in Him, and don't hesitate to seek medical help if the pain persists.
