Hello everyone,
I am a very spiritual female who believes in the power of prayer and that Jesus Christ died for our sins. My sister was diagnosed in January, 2010 with terminal lung cancer w/tumors on her liver also. With chemo/radiation she was free for a short period of time. Now it has spread to her brain and we finally realize that we (sisters/brothers) can no longer give her the proper care that she requires. We've discussed and finally realize that she needs to be put in a home. She is being transported today and our hearts are heavy. We all realize that the time is near and all we can do is make her very comfortable. Out of us sisters and brothers I was the closest one to her and it tears at my heart to do this and wonder if we are making the right decision. I know that "God doesn't make mistakes" and that he knows our hearts.
Please pray for my family as my sister makes this transition to be with our Heavenly Father.
This is my prayer that we ALL can be strong.
