Prayer for sister mental health stability and healing

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Your tears and your faithful care for your sister through this long and painful year are before the Lord, and we join you in bringing her before Him now.

To watch someone you love who was once functioning, working, studying, and serving faithfully in youth and witnessing ministry, now suffer so deeply, is a heavy sorrow. It is understandable that you cry every day, that you grieve the change you see, that you feel the weight of what the enemy has sought to steal, and that at times God seems silent. It is also painful when those entrusted with her medical care have been careless, starting medications and then not following the treatment plan, leaving her for weeks and not answering when you call for help. The Lord sees this neglect and He does not turn away from your cries for help.

Scripture teaches us to pray with perseverance. We are told to pray with all prayer and supplication at all seasons in the Spirit, and to watch with all perseverance. You have heard of the widow who prevailed by her importunity, of the friend who at midnight shamed his friend into yielding by his persistence, and of the Canaanite woman who heard the Lord say it is not right to take the children's bread and give it to dogs, and yet by perseverance she still received the bread and her daughter was healed. Even when we feel unworthy, we often by perseverance become worthy to receive. For this reason we do not pray once and stop, but we keep asking, and we ask together as a greater number, as that mother brought the servants to ask with her.

We also know that healing is in the hands of Christ in a way no physician can provide. When He touched the woman with the fever, He not only quenched the fever but gave her back perfect health at once. After a fever patients usually need much time to return to their former strength, but with Him all took place at once. What no physician's art can do, He can do. At other times His work is seen more gradually. A tree may receive ten strokes and not fall, then be brought down all at once by a single blow, yet it is not that one blow alone but the ten before it that made the last successful. This is known to Him who sees the root, though we who look only at what is above cannot see it. Often physicians apply many remedies and no benefit is perceived, but afterwards one comes and effects a complete cure, and it is not the work of that one alone but of all who have labored before to reduce the disorder. So even when you have prayed many times and seem to see no change, nothing is wasted. The Lord sees the root and He is at work.

Do not despair. Many who are sick become healthy, and those who are weak can be delivered from their infirmity. Even when we have come to the very gates of affliction, it is still possible to recover, to renew strength, and to lay hold on life. Therefore lift up the hands that hang down and the feeble knees, and keep watching in prayer.

Let us pray together for her now.

Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, we come with perseverance and ask for mercy for this beloved sister. You know her by name, You know the life she lived before, her work and study and service to You, and You know the suffering that has come upon her mind and body. We ask You to touch her as only You can, to quench what afflicts her and to restore her to perfect health according to Your will. Heal her, restore her independence, restore her joy, and make her feel like herself again. Drive away what the enemy has sought to steal and establish her again in soundness and peace. We ask You to guide those who treat her, to provide faithful and attentive care where there has been neglect, and to give wisdom for the right treatment plan and medications. Comfort her family who cares for her daily, especially her sibling who weeps and intercedes without ceasing. Give strength for each day, assurance that You hear even when You seem silent, and hope for better days to come. Help her to know Your love through Jesus Christ and to walk in Your restoring grace. We ask this trusting in Your compassion and power. Amen.
