Heavenly Father,
With a heavy heart, I approach You, O God, troubled by the recent behavioral changes among ### graders during lunch. I believe in Your light and that You have called us to be lights in the world. Unfortunately, what I am shining light on is having witnessed teachers turning lunchtime into a chaotic scene, inciting unnecessary behavior in little children.
In the past few days as a result of playing music during lunch, children have been acting poorly in line, crushing each other and needing to be separated by a teacher, refusing to listen to me, which could result in their little hands being burned, jumping in line, dancing on the lunch benches, and causing the kitchen staff hearing difficulties. Additionally, the music chosen has a constant bass that pounds against the kitchen walls, causing body aches, anxiety, and tension.
I have kindly addressed the teachers and ###, asking them to turn off the bass and lower the volume. Lunchtime was much more manageable and peaceful when there was no music at all.
I am perplexed by their attitude and refusal to acknowledge the consequences of their actions. As teachers, they should uphold maturity and dignity for the children, fostering behavior that is far less chaotic than what they are currently encouraging.
I have taken this concern to the district manager and hope for a resolution that brings peace and order back to lunchtime.
In Jesus Name
Amen
