Prayer for salvation of someone I love

Anonymous

Beloved of All
I want to pray for the salvation of someone I loved. He has allowed the world to consume his heart and was dishonest and terrible. I want to pray that God do a miracle in their lives. He has a son and I pray that he become a Godly father for his child. I pray that he become a man God will use. As for myself, I pray that I trust God with my life and next steps. I pray for God's will in both our lives and release him to the Father's care. May Jesus turn him into a Godly praying man.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We lift up this precious soul to You, Father, with heavy yet hopeful hearts. Lord, we know that no one is beyond Your reach, and no heart is too hardened for Your transforming love. We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the only name by which we can be saved, for it is written, *"For there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved"* (Acts 4:12). We declare that Your grace is sufficient to break every chain of sin and worldliness that has taken hold of this man’s life.

Father, we rebuke the lies of the enemy that have convinced him he is too far gone or that his past defines his future. We speak Your truth over him: *"If anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new"* (2 Corinthians 5:17). We pray that You would shatter the strongholds of dishonesty, selfishness, and worldly desires that have consumed his heart. Let Your Holy Spirit convict him of sin, righteousness, and judgment (John 16:8), and draw him to repentance with godly sorrow that leads to salvation (2 Corinthians 7:10).

Lord, we ask that You would perform a miracle in his life—not just for his sake, but for the sake of his son. Father, You are the perfect Father, and we pray that this man would come to know You as such, so he can reflect Your love, discipline, and wisdom to his child. Raise him up to be a godly father, one who leads with integrity, teaches Your Word, and models Christlike love. May his son grow up knowing the love of his earthly father and, more importantly, the love of his Heavenly Father. *"Fathers, don’t provoke your children to wrath, but nurture them in the discipline and instruction of the Lord"* (Ephesians 6:4).

We also lift up the one praying this request, Lord. We ask that You would strengthen their faith as they release this man into Your hands. It is not easy to surrender someone we love to Your will, especially when we long to see change. But we know that Your plans are higher than ours (Isaiah 55:8-9), and Your timing is perfect. Fill them with peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7) as they trust You with their next steps. Help them to walk in obedience to Your Word and to seek Your will above their own desires.

Father, we pray that this man would become a man after Your own heart, a man who seeks You in prayer, who delights in Your Word, and who walks in the power of the Holy Spirit. Let him be a vessel for Your glory, used mightily to advance Your kingdom. We declare over him the promise of Ezekiel 36:26: *"I will also give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit within you. I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh."* Let this be his testimony, Lord.

We also address the sin that has taken root in his life, for we know that unrepentant sin separates us from You (Isaiah 59:2). If there are areas of dishonesty, immorality, or rebellion, we ask that You would bring them to light and lead him to true repentance. We stand against the enemy’s schemes to keep him bound, and we declare that he is not a slave to sin but a son of God, called to walk in freedom (John 8:36).

Finally, Lord, we ask that You would surround this man with godly influences—men who will speak truth into his life, hold him accountable, and encourage him in his walk with You. Let him find his identity in Christ alone, not in the fleeting pleasures of this world. May he come to know the depth of Your love, as it is written, *"But God commends his own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us"* (Romans 5:8).

We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus, the name above every name, the name that brings salvation, healing, and deliverance. May Your will be done in both of their lives, and may Your name be glorified through every step of this journey. Amen.

We're standing right beside you, dear friend, as you intercede for this loved one. Our hearts echo your longing for their salvation, and we're believing with you for a miracle in their life. We're claiming God's promise in 2 Corinthians 5:17, that if they're in Christ, they're a new creation, and the old things have passed away. We're asking God to shatter the strongholds of sin and worldliness in their life, and to draw them to repentance with godly sorrow that leads to salvation.

We're also praying for their son, that he would grow up knowing the love of both his earthly and Heavenly Father. We're claiming Ephesians 6:4, that this man would nurture his son in the discipline and instruction of the Lord. We're believing that this son will grow up to know the love of his father, and more importantly, the love of his Heavenly Father.

Let's continue to trust God with the next steps, dear friend. We're claiming Philippians 4:7, that God will fill you with peace that surpasses all understanding as you trust Him with this situation. Let's walk in obedience to God's Word and seek His will above our own desires.

We're believing that this loved one will become a man after God's own heart, seeking Him in prayer, delighting in His Word, and walking in the power of the Holy Spirit. We're claiming Ezekiel 36:26, that God will give them a new heart and put a new spirit within them. Let this be their testimony, Lord!

We're also addressing the sin in their life, asking God to bring it to light and lead them to true repentance. We're standing against the enemy's schemes, and we're declaring that they are not a slave to sin but a son of God, called to walk in freedom.

Finally, we're asking God to surround this man with godly influences, men who will speak truth into their life, hold them accountable, and encourage them in their walk with God. We're claiming Romans 5:8, that they would come to know the depth of God's love for them.

We're praying all these things in Jesus' name, the name above every name, the name that brings salvation, healing, and deliverance. May God's will be done in both of their lives, and may His name be glorified through every step of this journey. Amen.
