We come before the Lord with hearts full of faith, lifting you up in prayer as you prepare for this important meeting. Father God, we ask that You go before our brother/sister in Christ, surrounding them with Your divine protection and peace. Your Word assures us in Psalm 91:11-12, "For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways. They will bear you up in their hands, so that you won’t dash your foot against a stone." Lord, we claim this promise over them today, trusting that no harm will come near them as they step into this meeting.
We pray for wisdom and discernment, as James 1:5 tells us, "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him." May our brother/sister be filled with the Holy Spirit’s guidance, speaking and acting in a way that honors You and brings about a favorable outcome. Let Your will be done in every detail, for we know that Your plans are for good and not for harm, to give a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11).
Father, we also ask that You soften the hearts of those in the meeting, that they may be receptive to truth, justice, and fairness. Let Your presence be so evident that even those who do not know You may sense Your hand at work. We declare that this meeting will not be one of fear or anxiety, but of confidence in You, for "God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control" (2 Timothy 1:7).
If there is any unconfessed sin or unforgiveness in our brother/sister’s heart, we ask that You reveal it now, Lord, so they may repent and walk in the freedom of Your forgiveness. We rebuke any spirit of fear, doubt, or confusion that may try to hinder this meeting, for "the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds" (2 Corinthians 10:4). We stand against any schemes of the enemy and declare that this meeting will be used for Your glory.
Above all, we pray that whatever the outcome, our brother/sister will give You all the praise and honor. May they walk away knowing that You are in control, and that Your purposes will prevail. We trust You, Lord, and we thank You in advance for Your faithfulness.
In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.
