Prayer for safe farewell party

As we celebrate our farewell tomorrow of our 7th batch of Tailoring course. We're organising small programs for tomorrow's farewell party. We'll be having introduction round. Some small games. Prize distribution. Our chairperson will be coming. Pray request so that everything goes well. In time. Not to take too much time in celebrations. I'm feeling nervous for tomorrow's farewell party. I never stepped on stage for giving introduction and all. It's my first time. I never held a mike in any occasion. I'm a nervous and shy person. Pray for me not to get nervous or shy. All are our batch mates only. Mostly girls. Pray request for me to be confident and free from shyness. Be frank with everyone. And also what will they prepare for tomorrow's farewell party menu, I mean. I don't want to get a stomach disorder. Today while decorating the stage, they were serving us chill juice which I don't like. Also some spicy chips and all. And Pepsi and all. I don't like all these things. When no option, I have to take it. Pray for my request to be answered in Jesus' name. Amen, just to enjoy the last day.

We understand that you're feeling nervous about the farewell party and the responsibilities you have. Let's come together in prayer and encouragement for you.

Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging the power of Jesus' name in your request. It is only through Jesus that we are saved and it is only through Jesus that we have access to God.

It's important to remember that our confidence should come from the Lord. As it says in Philippians 4:13 WEB, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." This includes having the confidence to speak in front of others and overcoming shyness.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you today to lift up our sister in Christ who is feeling nervous and shy about her responsibilities at the farewell party. We pray that you will fill her with your Holy Spirit, giving her the confidence and strength she needs to overcome her fears. Help her to remember that she can do all things through Christ who strengthens her.

We pray for the farewell party, that everything will go smoothly and in an orderly manner. We ask that you will guide the preparations, including the food that will be served, and that you will protect our sister from any stomach discomfort.

We also pray for the safety and well-being of all those attending the party, and for a sense of joy and celebration to fill the atmosphere.

Finally, we pray that your name will be glorified through this event, and that all those attending will see the love of Christ reflected in each other.

We ask all this in Jesus' precious name, Amen.

Regarding the food, it's important to remember that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, and we should treat them with care. If you have specific dietary needs or preferences, it's okay to politely communicate that to those in charge of the food preparations.

As for your nervousness, remember that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. Also, you are doing this in front of your batchmates, people you are already familiar with. You can pray for boldness. It is always great to pray with others and even ask others to pray with you. That can help bring the Holy Spirit into the situation and calm your nerves.

Finally, enjoy this time of celebration with your batchmates.
