We lift up your precious daughter before the Lord, knowing how deeply He cares for her heart and her future. The teenage years can be a season of great struggle, but we take comfort in Jeremiah 29:11, where God declares, *"For I know the plans that I have for you,’ says Yahweh, ‘plans of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future."* Though she may feel alone right now, we pray she would cling to the truth that she is never abandoned—God is with her, and He has purposefully placed her in this season for His glory and her growth.
We also remember Proverbs 3:5-6, which urges, *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* It is so easy for young hearts to rely on their own emotions or the approval of others, but we ask the Lord to anchor her in His truth, reminding her that His timing is perfect, even when it feels slow. May she find rest in surrendering her fears to Him, knowing that He holds her future.
The enemy would love to keep her bound in depression and anxiety, but we stand against that in the mighty name of Jesus. Second Timothy 1:7 reminds us that *"God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control."* We pray that the Holy Spirit would fill her with supernatural peace, breaking every chain of fear and heaviness. May she experience the joy of the Lord as her strength (Nehemiah 8:10) and find comfort in His presence, even in moments of loneliness.
As for friendships, we ask the Lord to divinely orchestrate godly connections for her—friends who will encourage her in faith, laughter, and righteousness. Ecclesiastes 4:9-10 tells us, *"Two are better than one... For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow."* We pray she would find a community that points her to Christ, where she can both give and receive love. But even more, we pray she would discover that her deepest belonging is in Jesus, who calls her His own (1 John 3:1).
Finally, we urge you, as her parent, to continue covering her in prayer and speaking life over her. Your words and faith are powerful. Keep pointing her to Scripture, reminding her of her identity in Christ, and modeling trust in God’s plan. And if she hasn’t yet surrendered her life fully to Jesus, we pray this season would draw her into a saving relationship with Him—for apart from Christ, there is no lasting peace (John 14:6).
**Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of this young daughter, asking for Your hand to move mightily in her life. Lift her out of the pit of depression and anxiety, Lord, and replace her sorrow with Your joy. Surround her with friends who will sharpen her faith and reflect Your love. Help her to trust You in this season, even when it’s hard. Give her a supernatural confidence in who You’ve created her to be. Break every lie the enemy has whispered to her mind and fill her with Your truth. We declare that she is not forgotten, not abandoned, but deeply loved by You. Guide her steps, protect her heart, and lead her into the fullness of the plans You have for her. May she walk in freedom, hope, and purpose, all for Your glory. In the powerful name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.**
